An anode material includes silicon-containing particles including a silicon composite substrate and an oxide MeOlayer, wherein the oxide MeOlayer is coated on at least a portion of the silicon composite substrate, wherein Me includes at least one of Al, Si, Ti, Mn, V, Cr, Co or Zr, and y is 0.5 to 3; and wherein the oxide MeOlayer includes a carbon material. The anode material has good cycle performance, and the battery prepared from the anode material has better rate performance and lower swelling rate.

A negative electrode material includes a composite of a silicon-based material (), a polymer (), and carbon nanotubes (), where the polymer () contains a first group and a second group, the first group is chemically bonded to the carbon nanotubes (), and the second group is chemically bonded to the silicon-based material (). Both the carbon nanotubes () and the polymer () containing two groups are applied to surfaces of particles of the silicon-based material (). The two groups of the polymer () are chemically bonded to the silicon-based material () and the carbon nanotubes () respectively, so that bonding force between the silicon-based material () and the carbon nanotubes () is enhanced and a uniform carbon nanotube () coating layer is formed. This can significantly improve conductive performance of the silicon-based material (), thereby improving cycling performance and rate performance of an electrochemical apparatus.

An anode material includes a silicon composite substrate. In the X-ray diffraction pattern of the anode material, the highest intensity at 2θ within the range of 28.0° to 29.0° is I, and the highest intensity at 2θ within the range of 20.5° to 21.5° is I, wherein 0<I/I≤1. The anode material has good cycle performance, and the battery prepared with the anode material has better rate performance and a lower swelling rate.

An anode material, including a matrix material, and the matrix material comprises carbon-doped silicon monoxide, and a content of the carbon ranges from 0.5% to 10% based on a total mass of the carbon and silicon monoxide. The anode material can significantly improve the cycle performance of an electrochemical device at room temperature and high temperature.

An anode material includes a silicon composite substrate, wherein the D50 of the silicon composite substrate is from 2.5 μm to 15 μm, and the particle size distribution of the silicon composite substrate meets 0.1≤Dn10/Dv50≤0.6. The anode material has good cycle performance, and the battery prepared with the anode material has good rate performance and lower swelling rate.

The surface of the MeOlayer adjacent to the carbon layer has an open pore structure, and at least part of the open pore structure is filled with the carbon layer. The anode material improves the cycle performance of the electrochemical device and significantly reduce the impedance of the electrochemical device.

The present application relates to an anode active material and a preparation method thereof, and a device using the anode active material. The anode active material provided by the present application includes anode active particles having silicon element, a first conductive material and a second conductive material, wherein the first conductive material and the second conductive material form a three-dimensional conductive network structure, at least a portion of the anode active particles are accommodated in the three-dimensional conductive network structure, and a ratio of the total surface area of the first conductive material to the total surface area of the anode active particles is less than 1000. The capacity retention rate and expansion ratio of the anode active material with progression of the cycle are significantly improved.

The anode material of the present application includes: a silicon compound SiO, where x is 0.5-1.5; an oxide MeOlayer, the MeOlayer coating at least a portion of the silicon compound SiO, where Me includes at least one of Al, Si, Ti, Mn, V, Cr, Co or Zr, where y is 0.5-3; and a carbon nanotube layer, the carbon nanotube layer coating at least a portion of the MeOlayer. The anode material can significantly enhance the cycle performance and rate performance of the electrochemical device, and significantly reduce the impedance of the electrochemical device.

The present application relates to an anode active material and an anode, an electrochemical device and an electronic device using the same. Specifically, the present application provides an anode active material, including a lithiated silicon-oxygen material and a coating layer, where the coating layer and the lithiated silicon-oxygen material at least have one or more structural units selected from formulaeCF,CHFandCHtherebetween, where a, b, and c are integers greater than or equal to 6. The anode active material of the present application has high stability and is suitable for being subjected to aqueous processing to obtain the anode.

The present application relates to an anode active material and an anode, an electrochemical device and an electronic device using same. Specifically, the present application provides an anode active material, including a lithiated silicon-oxygen material and a coating layer, where there is at least a Si&#x2014;O-M bond between the coating layer and the lithiated silicon-oxygen material, where M is selected from one or more of an aluminum element, a boron element and a phosphorus element. The anode active material of the present application has high stability and is suitable for aqueous processing to be prepared into an anode.
