Provided is a flexible thin film pressure sensor applicable in a hypergravity centrifugal environment, comprising a composite thin film, two metal electrodes, and a flexible composite encapsulation layer. The composite thin film includes a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) matrix and a carbon nanowire filled within the PVDF matrix. The PVDF matrix includes a lower PVDF layer and an upper PVDF layer. The two metal electrodes are respectively fixed to two surfaces of the composite thin film and overlap with each other. A region of the composite thin film located between the two metal electrodes is a polarized region. The flexible composite encapsulation layer has a double-layer structure, wherein two layers of the double-layered flexible composite encapsulation layer are disposed on the two surfaces of the composite thin film, respectively, and edge portions of the flexible composite encapsulation layer extend beyond the composite thin film and are fixed to each other.

Flexible thin films pressure sensors applicable in hypergravity centrifugal environments

An apparatus and a method for accurate flow control in a centrifugal supergravity environment. The apparatus comprises a control center, an oil supply module, a sensor module, an execution module and a centrifugal machine; the control center and the oil supply module are deployed in a normal gravity environment, and the sensor module and the execution module are deployed in a supergravity environment. According to the present application, the liquid level information of a model box, the piston position information of a servo actuator and the water supply flow information of the model box are collected by a sensor, and the information data are processed; control of the servo actuator is achieved by controlling an oil distributor; the flow fluctuation of a reciprocating water pump is weakened by the active complementation of flows of dual pump sets.

Accurate flow control apparatus and method for centrifugal supergravity environment

Disclosed is a seepage and internal erosion test apparatus for geotechnical centrifuges. The apparatus includes a mounting base, a four-motorized-jack synchronized lifting table fixed onto the mounting base, a downstream water sink, a plurality of permeameters, a centrifugal pump, and an upstream water sink fixedly mounted on the four-motorized-jack synchronized lifting table; the downstream water sink, the plurality of permeameters, the centrifugal pump, and the upstream water sink are connected by means of pipes; electric ball valves are separately disposed on each branch on which the permeameter is mounted; a temperature control module and flow meters are disposed of in the pipe for connecting the upstream outlet to the permeameter water inlet.

One-dimensional soil column test apparatus for seepage and internal erosion in geotechnical centrifuge

Provided is a three-directional motion decoupling periodic structure for a shaking table container. The periodic structure is formed by sequentially superimposing n periodic structure units, wherein each of the periodic structure units is formed by sequentially superimposing a first side-confining layer, a planar decoupling layer, a second side-confining layer and an elastic layer, wherein n is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; the cross-sectional shapes of the first side-confining layer, the elastic layer, the second side-confining layer and the planar decoupling layer are the same; and the periodic structure is used for implementing three-directional motion decoupling in the operating condition of ground shaking. Further provided is a three-directional motion decoupling container for shaking table test, which is formed by combining the periodic structure, a container base plate and a position-limiting protection door-type frame (). The container, which is light in weight and high in strength, is applicable to the shaking table tests at hypergravity and normal gravity. Multiple measures are taken to ensure the motion synchronization between the container and tested soil, the non-interference of the motions of the container and the tested soil in the three directions of X, Y and Z, no extra acting force being exerted on the tested soil by the container, and the avoidance of a boundary effect as much as possible, so as to fully realize the three-directional decoupling and reconstitute original site characteristics.
