The terminal protection device includes a base having a bottom portion and side plates connected to peripheral sides of the bottom portion, the side plates and the bottom portion together form an accommodation cavity, and an input port is in communication with the accommodation cavity; each of the side plates is provided with an input port, through which an output electrode passes; each of the side plates is further provided with a connection port, the connection port is in communication with the accommodation cavity such that an external electric connector can pass through the connection port) and be connected to the output electrode; and a protection plate is provided at the connection port, and the protection plate detachably covers the connection port.

Terminal protection device and battery module

The present disclosure provides a battery module and a busbar assembly thereof. The busbar assembly comprises a first busbar, a second busbar and a first insulator. The first busbar comprises a first connecting portion connected to a first battery unit, a second connecting portion connected to a second battery unit and a first main portion connecting the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The second busbar comprises a third connecting portion connected to a third battery unit, a fourth connecting portion connected to a fourth battery unit and a second main portion connecting the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion. The first main portion partially overlaps the second main portion, and the first insulator insulates the second main portion and the first main portion. The first battery unit, the third battery unit, the second battery unit and the fourth battery unit are arranged sequentially.

Battery module and busbar assembly thereof

The present disclosure provides a battery module and a protecting assembly thereof. The protecting assembly comprises a base and an upper cover. The base is fixed to an end plate, a receiving cavity is formed between the upper cover and the base. An outputting electrode piece extends into the receiving cavity. The base comprises a basic body and a first side plate, the first side plate extends from the basic body, the basic body are provided with first grooves. The upper cover comprises a top wall, a first side wall extending downwardly from the top wall, a second side wall extending downwardly from the top wall and a limiting wall extending downwardly from the second side wall and inclined. The limiting wall is inserted into the first groove, the first side wall latches with the first side plate.

Battery module and protecting assembly thereof

The present disclosure provides a battery module, a busbar and a busbar assembly thereof. The busbar comprises a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and a first main portion. The first connecting portion is connected to a first battery of the battery module, the second connecting portion is connected to a second battery. The first main portion connects the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are positioned at the same side of the first main portion in a transverse direction. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction, and a first slit is formed between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The first main portion is provided with a first notch, the first notch is communicated with the first slit.

Battery module, busbar and busbar assembly thereof

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery pack, a battery module and an output electrode base. The output electrode base includes a base body and a connector, and the connector is a metal structure; the connector includes a securing member and a connecting post, the securing member is secured in the base body, and the connecting post protrudes from the base body; an output electrode connection piece of the battery module is provided with a first installing hole, and the connecting post passes through the first installing hole to be connected with the output electrode connection piece.
