The present application provides a splicing display device includes a liquid crystal display screen and an inorganic light emitting diode display screen. A color point coordinate of a color of a light emitted by the liquid crystal display screen in the CIE 1931 XYZ chromaticity diagram is in a first gamut triangle. A color point coordinate of a color of a light emitted by the inorganic light emitting diode display screen in the CIE 1931 XYZ chromaticity diagram is in a second gamut triangle. A gamut boundary of the second gamut triangle surrounds a gamut boundary of the first gamut triangle, and a difference between a NTSC color gamut corresponding to the second gamut triangle and a NTSC color gamut corresponding to the first gamut triangle is less than 30%.

Splicing display device

A LED display panel includes a substrate, a light source assembly disposed on the substrate, and a light filter layer disposed on the light source assembly. The light filter layer includes a light filter region. The light filter region includes a light-transmitting region and a non-light-transmitting region disposed outside the light-transmitting region. An incident angle of a light emitted by the light source assembly to the light-transmitting region is less than a total reflection critical angle of the light filter layer, and an incident angle of the light emitted by the light source assembly to the non-light-transmitting region is greater than or equal to the total reflection critical angle of the light filter layer. The total reflection critical angle is a critical angle at which the light exits from an upper surface of the light filter layer. A display device includes the LED display panel.

LED display panel and display device

A backlight board, a backlight module, and a display device are provided. The backlight board includes a substrate, a light-emitting unit, and a packaging block. A control circuit, a first power signal line, and a second power signal line are disposed on the substrate. The light-emitting unit includes a plurality of light-emitting devices. A plurality of first control switches are integrated in the packaging block. The plurality of first control switches are integrated, so that a space occupied by the first control switches in general is reduced, thereby improving the space utilization and level of integration of the backlight board.

Backlight board, backlight module, and display device

Disclosed is a display panel, which adopts two display screens arranged by splicing. The display screen includes a display area and a non-display area on at least one side of the display area. An LED substrate is disposed on the non-display area. The LED substrate includes a substrate and a light emitting device disposed on the substrate. A cover plate is provided on at least two display screens. A groove is provided on one side of the cover plate close to the LED substrate. A side surface of the substrate is disposed opposite to a groove wall of the groove. A part of the groove wall surface corresponding to the side surface of the substrate is a reflection interface.

Display panel

A pixel driving circuit and a mobile terminal are provided. The pixel driving circuit includes a switch circuit, a storage circuit, and a light driving circuit. The switch circuit receives data signal applied on the data line in response to scan signal applied on the scan line. The storage circuit is charged by the data signal. The light driving circuit emits light in response to the data signal. The light driving circuit includes a driving unit, light-emitting unit, a supply voltage end, a ground end, and a voltage dividing unit that is coupled between the driving unit and the ground end.

Pixel driving circuit and mobile terminal

A spliced panel is provided. A light-emitting diode substrate is disposed on two adjacent display panels and blocks a gap. A substrate comprises a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface. The first surface and the second surface are disposed opposite to each other. Spliced panel

A backlight driving method and a display panel are provided. The backlight driving method provided by the present application uses pulse width modulation technology to modulate a low-level pulse width of a scan signal. By increasing a low-level pulse width to increase the pulse period, a number of high-level pulses is reduced, thereby reducing a high-level pulse time. Therefore, a time for a TFT to receive a high-level voltage is also reduced, thereby improving a stability of the TFT and also improving a problem of a threshold voltage drift of the TFT.

Backlight driving method and display panel

The present disclosure provides a thin film transistor device, a backlight module, and a display panel. The thin film transistor device includes a source portion, an active layer located on the source portion, a drain portion spaced apart from the source portion, and a conductor portion located on the active layer and extending to the drain portion. According to the present disclosure, the active layer is disposed on the source portion, and the drain portion is electrically connected to the active layer using the conductor portion, so that a current is transmitted from the drain portion to the active layer through the conductor portion.

Thin film transistor device, backlight module, and display panel

A display panel and a display device are provided. A sub-pixel unit of the display panel includes at least one light-transmitting region, and each light-transmitting region is provided with at least one driving transistor. At least part of a source wiring of the driving transistor is disposed at a boundary of the light-transmitting region and parallel to an extension direction of data signal lines, and a drain wiring is disposed in the light-transmitting region. The light-transmitting region of the sub-pixel unit occupied by the driving transistor is reduced to alleviate a problem of low aperture ratio of a backplane of current display products.

Display panel and display device

Provided are a display backplane and a mobile terminal. The display backplane includes a plurality of light-emitting units and at least one detection circuit. Each of the light-emitting circuits includes a driving transistor. Each of the detection circuits is electrically connected to source electrodes of the driving transistors in at least two of the light-emitting units, at least for detecting voltages of the source electrodes of the driving transistors in the two corresponding light-emitting unit.

Display backplane and mobile terminal

The present disclosure discloses a driving circuit and a display panel. The driving circuit includes: a first wire; a second wire; and a plurality of third wires, spaced apart from each other, wherein one end of each third wire is electrically connected to the first wire, and an other end of the each third wire is electrically connected to the second wire. A current adjustment unit and at least one light-emitting unit are disposed on the each third wire. Each current adjustment unit has a different resistance value. The current adjustment unit on the each third wire that is farther away from a first signal input terminal of the first wire has a smaller resistance value.
