The present disclosure pertains to medical devices. More particularly, the present disclosure pertains to tissue clip devices and related systems and methods. In an embodiment, a tissue clip may include a grasper including jaws at a first end, and a spring portion at a second end, and a longitudinal axis extending along a length of the grasper from the first end to the second end, wherein the spring portion is configured to bias the jaws toward each other. A wedge may be slidably disposed between the jaws such that an apex of the wedge is oriented toward the spring portion. A filament may be coupled to the wedge at a first end of the filament and may extend through a channel of the spring portion of the grasper to a second end of the filament.

Tissue clip devices, systems, and traction methods

The present disclosure relates to the field of tissue dissection. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to medical devices that lift and retract tissue during a dissection procedure to improve visualization of the target tissue and mitigate obstructions for dissection tools. In particular, the present disclosure relates to devices that transition from a constrained to an unconstrained bowed configuration to immobilize and retract the dissected portion of target tissue during a dissection procedure.

Devices and methods for tissue retraction

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a tissue traction device, e.g., for endoscopic tissue dissection. For example, a tissue traction device may include a first clip comprising opposable jaws. The device may include a traction band having a first end, a second end, a length therebetween and extending along a longitudinal axis. The band may have a first aperture at the first end. A second aperture may be at the second end of the band. A first jaw of the opposable jaws of the first clip may be disposed through the first aperture.

Tissue retraction devices, systems, and methods

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, systems, and methods for tissue resection in a body lumen of a patient, and may include an endoscope and a backstop delivery device extendable through the endoscope. The backstop delivery device may deliver a backstop to a location of selected tissue for resection. A backstop may include a covering being deployable in a patient. The covering may have one or more anchoring mechanisms disposed on an edge of the covering. A tissue resecting device may be extendable through the endoscope for resecting the selected tissue for resection. The covering may be deployable to an outer surface of the body lumen, such that the anchoring mechanism may secure the covering to the outer surface of the body lumen and the covering may expand to cover the selected tissue for resection.

Devices, systems, and methods for tissue resection

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, systems, and methods for tissue resection in a body lumen of a patient, and may include a body extending along an axis and a distal cap positioned distally of the body and coupled to a shaft extending along the axis. The body and the distal cap may be movable relative to each other. An anchoring mechanism may be capable of engaging the body and the distal cap proximate a selected tissue for resection in the body lumen. A tissue capture device may be deployable from the tissue resection device such that a selected tissue for resection is securable by the tissue capture device. The tissue resection device may further include a tissue resecting device for resecting the selected tissue for resection.
