This device and process is a Special Search Dog Pack and Process for Faster Dog Aided Search, Dog Only Search and Rescue and other Dog Aided Uses for enabling Faster, Dog-Only Search. Particularly this process uses a search pack device that contains specific rescue contents used for and related to a faster search method. Here, the search dog has an attached pack with a tracking device and rescue contents that can be carried directly to a victim without the need of an attending person. Once found the victim can then communicate back to a search party and/or the search party can quickly and accurately locate the victim via the cell phone or GPS device for a precise and faster rescue.

It relates to image capturing devices and, particularly, to an image capturing device which can automatically compare photographs and/or film and compare the differences in a selected time or an archive to a present situation. This relates to systems for video viewing/monitoring films or photographs and determining what changes have occurred. The process comprises: a general Flicker Process: Step 1: Establish Photograph/Film baseline; Step 2: Select comparison Photograph/Film Future or Past; Step 3: Time Lapse between the baseline and a comparison frame; Step 4: Contrast Base and Comparison Selected Computer App/Streaming/etc.; Step 5: Flash/Color/Highlight/'Box-In'/Ghost etc. differences; Step 6: Record/Save Contrasted Comparison; and Step 7: Take Action: Report, Respond, Call Authorities, or other.

Photo comparison and security process called the flicker process

An optical device that reflects back some of the same light that been projected towards the reflector with more intensity when transmitting through the reflector such that the remaining light is dispersed and still can been seen. The light is concentrated and projected forward by the device such that the appearance of the intensified light may act as a warning of oncoming vehicles, emergency situations, stopped vehicles and pedestrians on a hill or curve where line of sight is inhibited. The device is comprised of at least one reflective, dispersive and transmitting lens having a front and a rear surface and side edges; a frame that encircles the transmitting lens; a pole for affixing and placing the transmitting lens and frame to the ground; and a means to secure the frame of the transmitting lens to the pole.

An improved method of making stereoscopic pictures comprising photographing a scene with a camera spaced from the scene, moving the camera generally parallel to the scene while producing a plurality of pictures of the scene each taken at a different position relative to the scene, and separating the pictures into stereo pairs for viewing. Photographing and moving steps can be performed and the separating step can be done as soon as the pictures are available for viewing to produce the stereo pairs. Alternatively, the photographing and moving steps can be done at one time and the separating step can be done at subsequent times to produce the stereo pairs of the invention thereby allowing stereo pairs to be produced from existing motion pictures, computer generated images, videotapes and still photographs. The method can be used utilizing drones, satellites, rockets, slings and other vehicles to move the camera(s).
