A general control circuit for active balance comprises a first sampling wire () and a second sampling wire () by which voltages of adjacent battery packs () are sampled respectively. A first voltage division circuit which is composed of a fourth resistor (R) and a fifth resistor (R) connected in series, is connected to the first sampling wire. The voltage division terminal (p) of the first voltage division circuit is connected to one input terminal of a first operational amplifier (U) and one input terminal of a second operational amplifier (U) to provide a reference voltage (Vref) for the first operational amplifier and the second operational amplifier. A second voltage division circuit which is composed of a first resistor (R), a second resistor (R) and a third resistor (R) connected in series, is connected to the second sampling wire. The voltage division terminal (m) connected between the first resistor and the second resistor is connected to the other input terminal of the first operational amplifier. The voltage division terminal (n) connected between the second resistor and the third resistor is connected to the other input terminal of the second operational amplifier. The output terminal of the first operational amplifier is connected to an upward energy transfer circuit () of a power balance circuit. The output terminal of the second operational amplifier is connected to a downward energy transfer circuit () of the power balance circuit. The general control circuit is low in cost, easy to be modularized and convenient to be applied.

General control circuit for active balance

Disclosed a voltage-deviation detecting and adjusting system for a balance module of a battery. The voltage-deviation detecting and adjusting system comprises the balance module being adjusted and connected to a main control board which automatically adjusts voltage deviation of an output voltage adjusting from the balance module; a direct-current programmable power supply for supplying power is further connected to the main control board, the main control board comprises a single-chip microcontroller, the single-chip microcontroller is connected with a voltage sampling module which is for obtaining an input voltage and an output voltage of the balance module by sampling and then outputting the input voltage and the output voltage to the single-chip microcontroller, and a voltage adjusting module for adjusting the output voltage of the balance module after receipt of an acquired signal of a voltage deviation value, wherein, after comparing the input voltage and the output voltage of the balance module sampled by the voltage sampling module, the single-chip microcontroller outputs the signal of the voltage deviation value to the voltage adjusting module, and the voltage adjusting module adjusts the output voltage of the balance module to be consistent with the input tape of the balance module in accordance with the voltage deviation value.
