A front frame assembly for a motor vehicle includes a suspension attachment structure with an attachment portion fixable to a body cell of the motor vehicle, one or more attachment elements fixed relative to the suspension attachment structure to allow a suspension of the motor vehicle to be coupled to the attachment portion, and an absorption element to absorb a front crash of the motor vehicle, wherein the absorption element is distinct from the suspension attachment structure, is fixed relative to the suspension attachment structure, and extends along a first straight axis, wherein the suspension attachment structure further comprises a collapsible portion between the absorption element and the attachment portion along the first straight axis, the collapsible portion having a first compression stiffness equal to or greater than a second stiffness of the absorption element and smaller than a third stiffness of the attachment portion.

Front frame assembly with suspension attachment structure for a motor vehicle

A bodywork for a motor vehicle includes a frame to fix and surround a windshield of the motor vehicle. The frame comprises a crossbar to constitute a support base for the windshield, and a pair of uprights respectively fixed at opposite ends of the crossbar so as to form an area with a closed contour for placing the windshield. The crossbar comprises a first wall facing away from the opposite side to the area. A duct extends through the crossbar between a first opening obtained on a second wall of the crossbar and a second opening obtained on the first wall.

Bodywork for a motor vehicle

A front frame assembly for a motor vehicle includes a suspension attachment structure comprising an attachment portion fixable to a bodywork cell defining a passenger compartment of the motor vehicle, one or more attachment elements fixed with respect to the suspension attachment structure and configured to permit a coupling of a suspension of the motor vehicle to the attachment portion, and a steering box comprising a steering tie rod for steering a wheel hub of the motor vehicle, a tubular casing extending along a first straight axis, and a transmission element coupled to the steering tie rod and to the tubular casing in an axially movable manner along the first axis inside the casing, wherein the tubular casing is rigidly fixed to the suspension attachment structure.

A front frame assembly for a motor vehicle includes a suspension attachment structure fixable to a body cell, one or more attachment elements fixed relative to the suspension attachment structure to allow a suspension of the motor vehicle to be coupled to the suspension attachment structure, and an absorption element to absorb a front crash of the motor vehicle, the absorption element being fixed relative to the suspension attachment structure and extending in a projecting manner relative to the suspension attachment structure along a first straight axis until ending with one end opposite the suspension attachment structure, wherein the assembly comprises a channel extending with continuity through the absorption element and the suspension attachment structure between an inlet opening obtained at the end along the first axis and an outlet opening obtained in the suspension attachment structure along a second axis transversal to the first axis.
