Provided is an autoclave. The autoclave includes a sterilization chamber, a steam generator including a heat conductor housed in the sterilization chamber and including a vaporization duct for the sterilization fluid, connectors configured to connect the vaporization duct and the sterilization chamber in a fluidic through connection, and a heater configured to heat the heat conductor by vaporizing the sterilization fluid in the vaporization duct.

Autoclave

Provided is an autoclave for sterilization including a sterilization chamber, a tank of water, connection means configured to connect the tank to the sterilization chamber in a fluidic through connection, heating means configured to heat and to pressurize the water and to supply the sterilization chamber to perform sterilization cycles, in which the tank includes a filter, the tank is in addition divided into a high potential portion and a low potential portion, the portions being in reciprocal fluidic through connection through the filter, the filter comprising a plurality of filtering layers including distribution layers configured to slow down and improve the distribution of the water along the entire area of the layers and active layers configured to perform purification functions of the water.

Autoclave for sterilisation

A control system of a surgery autoclave is described, which is capable of establishing a sterilization cycle which includes at least a first evacuation step of a sterilization chamber and of heating of a load and a final drying step. The autoclave includes a device capable of detecting a parameter proportional to the energy used up in a step of the cycle preceding the drying step and the control system establishes at least a reduction of the drying step upon determining that, the parameter of used up energy lies below a preset threshold.

Short-cycle sterilisation system for autoclave and operation method thereof

The invention relates to an autoclave for medical appliances and instruments with a chamber () in which the appliances to be sterilized are located, with a steam generator () and a condensate collector (), whereby the steam generator is connected with the chamber () by a steam pipe () and the condensate collector () is connected with the chamber () by a feed pipe () of the condensate. The invention is characterized in that the condensate collector () is positioned above the steam generator (), staggered with respect to the steam generator (), by positioning a check valve () between the condensate collector () and the steam generator () and by providing a check valve () at the mouth of the feed pipe () of the condensate to the condensate collector ().

The invention relates to an autoclave for sterilising medical and in particular dental appliances and instruments, with a chamber (), in which the appliances to be sterilised are located, with a steam generator (), connected with the chamber () and a condensate pipe () connecting the chamber () with a condenser (), and a further pipe () connecting the condenser () with a vacuum pump () and finally leading into a tank. The invention is characterised in that the condensate (water-steam mixture) in the pipe () is passed into a separator vessel (), that a connecting pipe () extends from the upper area of said separator vessel (), preferably from its highest point, to the vacuum pump (), that said separator vessel () is provided in its lower area, preferably at its lowest point, with a one-way valve () which in the presence of an appropriate pressure difference permits discharge of fluid from the separator vessel () into a collector vessel (), that a pressure pipe () coming from the vacuum pump () ends in the upper area of said collector vessel () and that a transfer pipe () leads into the main tank () of the autoclave from the lower area of said collector vessel ().
