Apparatus for providing semantic information and a method of operating the same

An implantable stimulator is provided having a conformable foil-like substrate, having a longitudinal axis extending from a pulse generator to a distal end of the substrate. The substrate comprising one or more adjacent polymeric substrate layers and an electrode array. The electrode array having a first and second electrode where one or more electrical interconnections are comprised in the substrate. The conformable foil-like substrate has a maximum thickness of 0.5 millimeter or less, proximate the electrodes. By providing a more easily patternable multilayer substrate, more complicated electrode array configurations may be supported, allowing a higher degree of flexibility to address transverse and/or longitudinal misalignment. By providing a relatively thin implantable electrode array user comfort may be increased through application of energy to tissue by the implantable stimulator.

An adaptive lighting system (), a (virtual) mirror arrangement, a method of controlling light sources of an adaptive light sources, a method of controlling a virtual mirror and a computer program product are provided. The adaptive lighting system is for a mirror component that is configured to show a mirror image of the user at the mirror surface of the mirror component. The adaptive lighting system comprises a plurality of individually controllable light sources (), a sensor (), and a controller (). The sensor detects a relative orientation of the head of the user with respect to the mirror surface. The controller generates control signals () for the individually controllable light sources on the basis of the sensor signal. The controller generates the control signals to obtain a lower emission of light towards eyes of the user if the sensor signal indicates that the head is turned left sidewards, upwards, right sidewards and/or downwards.

Adaptive lighting system for a mirror component and a method of controlling an adaptive lighting system

According to an aspect of the present inventive concept, this and other objects are achieved by a lighting system () for illuminating an article () comprising: a lighting device () arranged to emit light () towards the article (), wherein a spectrum of the emitted light () is controllable. Method of identifying pattern in a series of data

Hereby, in the end, fewer HRTFs are determined for a subsequent transfer of input signal(s) to output signal(s). Accordingly, few convolutions are required.
