A device for preparing multiple channels in a bone comprises a handle, a single guiding sleeve mounted removable at said handle and an arm projected from said handle. Said single guiding sleeve comprises a central first guiding channel for receiving a first aiming wire, a second guiding channel for receiving a further aiming wire, said channels have parallel axes. At least one cannulation is provided, a central longitudinal axis thereof runs at a distance and parallel to the guiding channels. Said at least one cannulation being arranged offset in a circumferential direction to said second channel. An aiming wire introduced in said second channel can be replaced into a cannulation by pulling off the guiding sleeve turning it about the first aiming wire and reinserting the turned guiding sleeve into said handle.

Device for introducing multiple drilled channels in a bone

A trocar mandrel comprises a head, a first mandrel having an elongated shaft, a proximal end of said first mandrel being mounted at said head. At least a second trocar mandrel having an elongated shaft is mounted at said head. Said mandrels are mounted at a distance one to another and project from a distal face of said head.

To provide a medical cutting instrument that guarantees ease of handling and simple structure along with secure cutting of the muscle/tendon tissue, the instrument body should be of grooved configuration in the area of its cutting knife in such a way that the instrument body includes a hollow space extending in the longitudinal direction of the instrument body to receive and guide the muscle/tendon tissue that is to be cut, such that the instrument body includes an opening extending in the longitudinal direction of the instrument body and the cutting knife constitutes a side of the instrument body.

Medical cutting instrument for severing muscles and tendons

A bipolar medical instrument has a shaft and two jaw parts arranged at the distal end thereof. An axially movable force transmission element is disposed with the shaft and is surrounded by an isolating element. The isolating element is connected to at least one of the two jaw parts in an articulated manner. The two jaw parts are electrically isolated from one another and each provides an electrode to which high frequency current can be applied. A first electrical supply line is formed along the shaft via an electrically conductive first contact element to one of the two jaw parts. A second electrical supply line is formed along the axially movable force transmission element via an electrically conductive second contact element to the other of the two jaw parts. The first contact element is fixed at the isolating element surrounding the distal end area of the force transmission element.
