The present disclosure relates to a closure cap for sealing an outlet end of a barrel of a medicament container, the outlet end having a radially widened rim and the outlet end being sealable by an elastomeric seal, wherein the elastomeric seal comprises a flange portion configured to abut in a longitudinal direction with the outlet end, the closure cap comprising: a cap body comprising a retainer portion and a fastening portion, wherein the retainer portion is configured to engage with the elastomeric seal, wherein the fastening portion comprises a resiliently and radially deformable fastener comprising a snap feature configured to releasably engage with the radially widened rim of the outlet and, and wherein a longitudinal distance between the retainer portion and the snap feature is sized to receive the radially widened rim and the flange portion of the elastomeric seal between the retainer portion and the snap feature.

Closure for medicament container

The present disclosure relates to a packaging for a medicament container, wherein the medicament container comprises at least one distal container abutment section and at least one proximal container abutment section, the packaging comprising: a bottom and a sidewall structure connected to the bottom, the bottom and the sidewall structure confining a storage space configured to accommodate at least one medicament container, at least one distal packaging abutment section, and at least one proximal packaging abutment section, wherein the at least one distal packaging abutment section is integrated into or arranged at one of the sidewall structure and the bottom and configured to abut with the at least one distal container abutment section, wherein the at least one proximal packaging abutment section is integrated into or arranged at the sidewall structure and configured to abut with the at least one proximal container abutment section.

The first boundary portion is substantially opaque and flexible. The second boundary portion is substantially transparent and rigid.

A reservoir for liquid medicament includes a first boundary portion and a second boundary portion forming at least one cavity to receive the medicament. The first boundary portion is flexible, while the second boundary portion is rigid. At least one of the first and second boundary portions is a transparent boundary portion covered by an opaque cover which is at least partially detachable from the transparent boundary portion.

Reservoir for liquid medicament

A needle assembly comprises a body configured for attachment to a drug delivery device. The body defines a cavity. A septum is positioned within the cavity and a stopper positioned within the cavity such that the cavity, septum, and stopper define a reservoir. A double ended needle is positioned in the stopper and septum, the needle comprising a proximal end and a distal end. A release mechanism is positioned near a distal end of the body. A biasing element is positioned to drive the stopper. During a dose dispensing step, the release mechanism drives the proximal end of the needle out of the septum so that the proximal end resides in said reservoir. The biasing element may also drive the stopper proximally.
