A system, and method perform compliance checking of computer records for MLS services. The compliance checking includes detecting multiple-listing-service (MLS) contract compliance with a MLS, gathering MLS-related data regarding an MLS subscriber from at least one database, training an AI engine with input data containing as features MLS service requirements that correspond to contractual obligations of the MLS subscriber under a MLS license, applying the MLS-related data to the AI engine, after the AI engine is trained, and checking for a non-compliance incident of the MLS-related data with the MLS service requirements, and in response to detection of a non-compliance incident, trigger a computer-based resolution process to resolve the non-compliance incident.

AI-based computer record compliance management system and method

A system and method exploit information gained by observing abnormal commonality factors from multiple accounts over a predetermined time frame. The presence of an abnormal commonality factor serves as an indication that a group of accounts may have been compromised by a common actor via information gained by successful phishing of multiple users' information to improperly gain access to their respective accounts. Once this commonality associated with phishing is detected, the system provides a mechanism and process to rapidly respond to the phishing-originated attack to minimize information security damage to the affected accounts.

Phishing detection and targeted remediation system and method

A method, system and computer program product assess risk of an unauthorized API login and mitigate damage from an unauthorized API login. The method includes collecting in a database license attributes of a user license, user profile attributes, and database content change attributes; receiving an API login request; comparing features of the API login request to at least one of the database license attributes, user profile attributes, and database content change attributes against a predetermined threshold; assessing a risk of the an unauthorized API login request based on a result of the comparison; and based on a level of the assessed risk, implemented protective action to mitigate harm that may result from an unauthorized user from accessing information or services from a computer system by way of an API.

System, computer program product and method for risk evaluation of API login and use

A gasket cutter with changeable and reversible dies and punches including a body having upper and lower opposed arm members, a cylindrical member slidingly engaged within said upper arm member to be raised and lowered by rotation of a handle attached to the cylindrical member, and a platen releasably secured to the lower arm member. A cylindrical punch and a ring die surrounding the punch are attached to the platen. The ring die includes a first and second inner diameter at first and second ends thereof creating with said punch a first and second gap, respectively. A reversible punch die having first and second opposed cutting edges is releasably attached to the cylindrical member so that the first or second cutting edge of the punch die descends into the first or second gap, thereby cutting a ring gasket of a desired size from a sheet of gasket material.
