Apparatuses, systems, and methods are disclosed for magnetic keyed locking. A cylinder is disposed in a housing. The cylinder is formed with an end opening and a plurality of side openings. The end opening communicates with an interior recess. A plurality of rotors are disposed in the side openings and pivotably coupled to the cylinder. The rotors include inner portions that extend from pivot points toward the interior recess, and outer portions that extend from the pivot points past an outer surface of the cylinder. One or more blocking bars are affixed to the housing. The one or more blocking bars are formed with a plurality of slots, and are disposed such that rotation of the cylinder is permitted when the rotors are aligned with the slots and limited when at least one rotor is non-aligned with a slot.

Magnetic keyed lock

A user worn hydration device for wearing around a waist of a user includes a bladder, which is positioned in a sleeve that is configured to be positioned around a waist of a user so that the sleeve is coupled to the user. The bladder is configured to position a fluid. A tube, which is resiliently flexible, is coupled to a bottom of the bladder and extends through a hole that is positioned in the sleeve. A mouthpiece that is coupled to the tube distal from the bladder in fluidic communication with the bladder through the tube. A valve positioned in the mouthpiece so that the mouthpiece is configured to be clamped between teeth of the user to open the valve, positioning the user to draw the fluid from the bladder through the tube.

User worn hydration device

A printer assembly includes a carrier module and a first guide element. The carrier module includes side portions extending in a first orientation and a mounting portion to receive an ink cartridge. The first guide element is removably mounted on the carrier module and includes protrusions, extending outward beyond each side portion, to slidably engage a guide structure of a carriage cavity during at least a portion of removable insertion of the carrier module into the carriage cavity.

Various embodiments and methods relating to an adhesive paste layer () sandwiched between a flexible circuit () and a fluid delivery system () to form a seal at least partially about a print head () are disclosed.

An apparatus is provided, the apparatus including a printhead die, a base coupled to the printhead die, a flexible circuit mounted on the base and electrically connected to the printhead, and an adhesive sandwiched between the base and the flexible circuit. The base defines a trench with a sidewall having scallops formed therein. The adhesive is disposed in the trench to secure the flexible circuit to the base.

Printhead assembly

A fluid-ejection assembly includes a die, a substrate, ribs, and adhesive. The die has nozzles through which fluid is ejected. The substrate provides the fluid to the die. The ribs are within the substrate, and have rounded corners. The rounded corners are adapted to provide a predetermined characteristic. The adhesive affixes the die to the substrate.

In one embodiment, a component for dispensing a fluid includes: a plurality of fluid ejection orifices arrayed in a plane; and an elongated bumper extending along one side of the array generally in a plane intersecting the plane of the array and the bumper having a protruding exterior surface that includes a first part inclining away from the array and a contiguous second part inclining back toward the array.

In one embodiment, a latch for a liquid dispensing component includes: a first part for holding a liquid dispensing component in a seated position in a holder, the first part movable between an open position in which the component may be installed in or removed from the holder and a closed position in which the component is held in the seated position in the holder; and a second part for connecting the component to a liquid supply port, the second part movable, while the first part is in the closed position, between a disconnected position in which the component is not connected to the liquid supply port and a connected position in which the component is connected to the liquid supply port.

A fluidic interface is coincident with a second axis and perpendicular to the first axis. The fluidic interface includes a second leading surface or entry point. A second void is recessed from the first leading surface or contact pad and the second leading surface or second entry point. A printing-fluid container includes a reservoir having an outer-face. A keying pocket is recessed from the outer-face of the reservoir and configured to mate with a complementary key post of a printing-fluid container bay.

An ink container has a first chamber configured to contain ink, a second chamber configured to enclose an ink-air separating membrane consisting of a wet side portion and a dry side portion, and a structure configured to connect the first and second chambers. A sealing arrangement which is associated with the structure and which keeps the first and second chambers fluidly isolated from each other until the ink container is disposed on a printer ink supply station and ink can be supplied from the first chamber to the printer.
