An active material container for a functional housing has an air-permeable casing with an interior and an active material arranged inside the interior. One or more rim-side guide elements are arranged at the air-permeable casing and are provided to linearly slidably guide the active material container in an insertion direction in corresponding guide elements of a receptacle of the functional housing. The functional housing is preferably a battery housing.

A filter device has, in a housing, a filter element and, downstream of the filter element, an outflow opening for discharging the cleaned medium. Between the filter element and the outflow opening there is arranged a diverting part, wherein on the diverting part there is formed an overflow region for the flow of the medium from the filter element to the outflow opening, and the outflow opening is situated at the same level as or below the overflow region.

Filter device, in particular liquid filter

A filter arrangement for filtering liquids has a central tube and a first filter element flowed through in radial direction outwardly and disposed on the central tube. A downstream second filter element is disposed on the central tube and flowed through in radial direction inwardly. The first filter element is moveable along the central tube from a basic position into an extended position. In the basic position a connection between the inlet line and a clean side of the first filter element is provided by the first filter element. In the extended position a bypass between an inlet line and the clean side of the first filter element is provided to bypass the first filter element. A spring element, applying a restoring force in a direction of extension of the central tube, is arranged on the first filter element at a side facing away from the second filter element.

Filter arrangement for filtering liquids

A filter element has a zigzag-shaped fold pack of folds. At least one terminal element is folded parallel to the folds of the fold pack. The at least one terminal element has a first leg, a second leg, and a third leg. The first leg is arranged substantially perpendicularly to a flow direction of a medium flowing through the filter element. The first, second and third legs are delimited by folds of the at least one terminal element. The first and second legs are positioned substantially at a right angle relative to one another. The third leg projects laterally away from the filter element to form a peripheral seal.

Filter element

A filter insert insertable seal-tightly into a filter housing has a filter element having end faces. At least one of the end faces of the filter element is engaged by a reinforcement clamp provided with a sealing element. The reinforcement clamp and the sealing element together form a single integral component. The sealing element has an outer sealing section that is connected to the reinforcement clamp so as to be movable relative to the reinforcement clamp.

Filter insert

An adsorption element for adsorbing gases and vapors from the gaseous atmosphere in the intake tract of an internal combustion engine. The adsorption element is disposed within a wall of a flow cross section carrying the intake air, has a planar adsorption medium along which the intake air flows, and is pleated to create folds in longitudinal direction of the intake stream.
