An adjustably mounted spray nozzle () for windshield washer fluid of a motor vehicle is designed to be easy to install and adjust. To this end, the spray nozzle () has the following features: it has a bearing axis () by means of which it can be attached to a vehicle in a manner that enables it to pivot about a y-axis of said vehicle; the spray nozzle () is provided with an adjusting-means element for pivoting about its bearing axis (); the adjusting-means element is designed to cooperate with an adjusting-drive manipulator.

Adjustably mounted spray nozzle for windshield washer fluid of a motor vehicle

In an apparatus for wetting a glass pane, in particular a glass pane of a motor vehicle, a spherical body () which supports a nozzle body () is inserted into an accommodation space () which is formed in a bearing head () of an insert body (). The accommodation space () exhibits the spherical body () together with resistance projections () which fix an annular shoulder and also serve to fluidically stabilize a liquid fluid, which flows into a flow expansion space as a subregion of the accommodation space (), in the form of, for example, wash water. An oscillating fan-like stream can be reliably generated as a result.

Apparatus for wetting a glass pane

A coupling part () for a fluid line coupling is provided with a locking element for locking in place a plug-in part that is to be introduced into the coupling (), and with a checking element () to verify proper locking of the plug-in part. The checking element () is equipped with axially flexible spring arms (), which comprise an engagement structure () devised to engage with a latching structure (), and which, in a first checking position, block the checking element () from shifting into a second checking position if the plug-in part is not properly locked. After the second checking position has been assumed, as a result of the actuation by the plug-in part of an actuating structure formed on each spring arm (), the checking element () is out of engagement with the plug-in part, and it is therefore possible to remove the plug-in part from the coupling part in the second checking position of the checking part (), as well, by actuating the locking element ().

Coupling part for a fluid line coupling

An insert body () for a spray nozzle assembly () has a fan jet producing section () for producing an oscillating, large-area fan jet and a point jet producing section () for producing at least one point jet located in the wetting area of the fan jet. It is thereby ensured that even if the fan jet collapses or is pushed aside, the surface is wetted at least by the or each point jet, which are much more forgiving from a fluid dynamics standpoint.

A coupling for a fluid conducting system comprises an elongated coupling part () and a locking part (), which can be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and which can be mounted on the coupling part () in a manner that enables it to slide. The guiding of the locking part () ensues via detent elements () that engage inside guide recesses () of the coupling part (). The locking part () can be fixed in a releasing position or in a locking position by the engagement of detent projections () inside releasing recesses () or inside locking recesses (). This enables a relatively problem-free operating of the coupling during opening and closing.

Coupling for a fluid conducting system

The invention relates to a coupling for a fluid line arrangement, said coupling being characterised in that a plane outer side () of at least one essentially D-shaped sealing ring () of a sealing unit is applied to a plane supporting layer () of a receiving section () of a coupling part (). In this way, in addition to a high twist rigidity of the sealing ring () in question, a very effective sealing action is achieved, even in the presence of comparatively weak radial pressure forces.

Coupling for a fluid line arrangement

A heatable windshield washer nozzle is designed for mounting on the windshield wiper of a motor vehicle. The washer nozzle has a housing with a connection adapter. This connection adapter connects to a spray water hose that is electrically heatable via cables or woven wires molded into it. The ends of the heating cables are electrically bridged across just before the end of the hose. The housing is further equipped with a chamber for receiving a nozzle body and a heating plate above the nozzle body. A cover closes the chamber. The nozzle body is a flat chip with several channels fanning outward from a central water input opening. A bar is formed on the rim of the heating plate, which completely covers the surface of the nozzle chip. This bar extends along the connection adapter, so that when the heated spray water hose is slipped onto the connection adapter, the ends of the heating cables extend over the bar of the heating plate without making direct contact. The heat generated by the heating cables is transferred to the heating plate without direct contact with the bar of the heating plate, and the heating plate can transfer its heat directly to the spray water so that it is heated even to the very end of the channels.
