A suspension-correcting device for a motorcycle having at least one wheel-axle supporting arm pivoted on its chassis, the arm also supporting at least one disk-brake caliper, through which passes a brake disk fixed to a wheel mounted rotatably on the axle, and suspension parts and shock-absorbers connecting the arm to the chassis, wherein the brake caliper mounted on the supporting arm is capable of rotating relative to the supporting arm within limits allowed by a mechanical connection which connects the caliper to an upper reaction portion of the motorcycle chassis, the assembly being used for limiting the foward dive of the motorcycle during braking.

Braking device for a rotary element such as a vehicle wheel in which is provided at least two distinct braking assemblies for the braking of a single wheel or axle, and which are connected to distinct braking pressure generators which have a ratio between their actuating force by an actuating member and the pressure generated which is such that, for small actuating forces, only the pressing member of the first assembly is actuated, up to a transition point of the actuating force, from which the pressing members of the first and the second assemblies are simultaneously actuated, the device being applied to highly moderable braking of vehicles adapted for high speeds, such as motorcycles.

The rotary axle of the support arm device is adapted to be maintained in position rigidly and in adjustable manner at the free end of the arm and the free end of the arm comprise plane and generally axial bearing surfaces adapted to contact corresponding bearing surfaces directed generally transversally and provided on two rings of a removable bracket piece in order to allow a rigid blocking of this bracket piece on the free end of the arm after adjusting the position and the device is applied when an easy adjusting of the chain tension is required, especially for a rear wheel of a motorcycle.
