A method of regenerating an enzymatic catalyst arranged in a reactor includes a mineral support based on metal oxide and at least one enzyme, wherein it contains at least one step of detachment of the spent enzymes by solvation by scavenging of the catalyst using at least one ionic surfactant, and at least one step of re-attachment of active enzymes by scavenging of the purified support with at least one solution of active enzymes, the two steps being performed in situ within the reactor.

Method of regenerating an enzymatic catalyst

The invention concerns novel compounds capable of modulating the activity and stimulating the production of catalytic antibodies. More particularly, the invention concerns a compound capable of increasing the activity of an antibody having specific affinity for the catalytic site of the antibody, and it is not immunogenic. Such compounds are useful in particular for therapeutic treatment or prevention of a pathology related to an enzymatic deficiency, to stimulate in vivo hydrolysis of xenobiotics, drugs, medicines or any other molecule potentially toxic for the organism or for preventing or inhibiting allergic reactions.

Compounds capable of modulating the activity and stimulating the production of a catalytic antibody

Blood products and other substances colored by tetrapyrrole compounds such as porphyrins or metalloporphyrins, in an aqueous solution, are decolored by contacting the aqueous solution with an adsorbent selected from among alumina, magnesia, and magnesium silicate, and the resulting colorless solution is then collected. The solution to be decolored can be adjusted to a pH of 2 to 6, and can be at a temperature in the range of 0.degree. to 60.degree. C., but is usually decolored at ambient temperature.
