Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions of 17-chloro-5,13,14,22-tetramethyl-28-oxa-2,9-dithia-5,6,12,13,22-pentaazaheptacyclo[27.7.1.10000]octatriaconta-1(37),4(38),6,11,14,16,18,20,23,29,31,33,35-tridecaene-23-carboxylic acid, and enantiomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and methods of treating cancer with such compounds and compositions.

MCL-1 inhibitors and methods of use thereof

A percutaneous system in which tubular retractors are utilized as a means of access, visualization, and a controlled orientation for preparation of posterior spinal elements and delivery of graft material for posterior spinal fusion. The tubular retractors are affixed to screw extensions to rotate and articulate relative to multi-axial screws percutaneously inserted into respective pedicles of vertebral bodies. The procedure is done bilaterally, although it could be performed unilaterally in cases where the anatomy or surgeon preference dictates. A number of different deployable graft concepts are disclosed, the primary features being to allow for creation of a graft space volume and a means for delivery of the graft material preferred by the surgeon.

A surgical access system includes retractor for creating an access path between an incision site and a surgical site. The retractor includes a frame having a base member and a pair of generally curved rails extending therefrom. A tubular member is coupled to the frame and includes first and second blade portions that are capable of relative movement with respect to each other by movement on the curved rails. A method of inserting the retractor into a patient includes inserting a guide rod over a guide wire, locating an obturator in the retractor, inserting the obturator and retractor over the guide rod, and removing both the guide rod and obturator to leave the retractor in the body to provide the access path.

A seat-lifting apparatus is disclosed herein having an anchor attachment secured to the underside of a hinged seat and operably connected to a foot actuator pedal via a pivotal linkage for lifting the seat at the will of the user. An L-shaped base is included pivotally carrying the pedal at one end while pivotally carrying the pedal at one end while pivotally supporting the linkage at its other end. The linkage includes a main link pivoted between its opposite ends to the base and the main link pivoted to the anchor attachment on one end while coupled at its other end to the foot pedal by end-to-end links. The base and the pedal include anti-skid elements to prevent slippage during use.

Apparatus is described herein for supporting a length of hose extending from an outlet such as the waste disposal outlet of a recreational vehicle to a disposal inlet. The apparatus includes a trough-like support which may be in sections supported by vertical members removably clamped to bottom end edge portions of the trough-like support in an inclined position from the outlet to the inlet. The vertical members are designed with horizontal U-shaped clamping portions positioned with the end edges of the trough-like support clamped between the legs of the 'U'.

Apparatus is disclosed herein for supporting a length of flexible, convoluted hose from an outlet on a motor vehicle or the like to a disposal inlet. The apparatus includes a pair of rails arranged in sliding relationship by a hook arrangment taking the form of a hooked cut-out folded over upon itself to define a retainer for receiving the peripheral edge of the other rail. A mounting bracket joins one end of the rail to the outlet and a clamp releasable secures the rail and bracket to the outlet. The mounting bracket includes support flanges which are angled disposed with respect to each other in order to accommodate hose support.
