A flexible printed circuit assembly may include a flexible circuit body having a first side and an opposed second side. The circuit body may define first and second soldering areas along the first and second sides of the flexible circuit body, respectively. The first soldering area may include a first set of solder pads and the second soldering area may include a second set of solder pads. The assembly may also include a first stiffening member secured to the second side of the circuit body and a second stiffening member secured to the first side of the circuit body. The first stiffening member may be laterally aligned with the first set of solder pads defined on the first side of the circuit body and the second stiffening member may be laterally aligned with the second set of solder pads defined on the second side of the circuit body.

Dual-sided FPC assembly and related systems and methods for hotbar soldering FPC assemblies

A device () includes an electronic device () with one or more processors (), one or more memory devices (), a display (), and a first electrical connector (). An electronic accessory module () includes a second electrical connector (). A housing () receives the electronic accessory module at a first end of the housing and receives the electronic device at a second end of the housing. The housing biases the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector together and couples to both the electronic device and the electronic accessory module to secure the electronic device and the electronic accessory module within the housing.

A wristband has a clasp that includes a clasp latch and a clasp leg having an inner end and an outer end, wherein the inner end of the clasp leg is pivotally connected to a first end of the clasp latch. The wristband also includes a set of links having an end pivotally connected to the outer end of the clasp leg, wherein an inside face of at least one link of the set of links is recessed to form a recession that is shaped to cradle the clasp leg and at least a portion of the clasp latch when the clasp is closed.
