A device for conveying a cap-type capping elements, which are pushed aeraulically to circulate the capping elements in a forward direction. In example embodiments, the device includes firstly an elongate plenum in which a gaseous fluid circulates, and secondly a channel in which the capping elements circulate in a forward direction and that has a front face, a rear face, and two edge faces. In example embodiments, the device comprises an aeraulic circuit to convey the gaseous fluid from the plenum to the channel to push the capping elements, the rear face of said channel being arranged against the plenum and the front face thereof being at least partially closed by a back-plate of the device. In example embodiments, the back-plate may be removable.

Conveying of a capping element

A device for providing sorted closure elements in the form of crown caps, having a space for bulk storage of the caps, a lifting conveyor in the form of a belt entering the space and including, on an outer face, a plurality of cleats oriented transversely and spaced in order to define a recess between a lower cleat and an upper cleat, wherein each recess collects a plurality of the caps as the recess passes through the storage space and is capable of sorting unbalanced caps present inside the recess. The lower edge of the upper cleat has a convex section opposite the belt. The sorting of the unbalanced caps is configured to cooperate with the movement of the lifting conveyor to cause the incorrectly oriented caps to fall.

The invention relates to a device for providing stopper elements that are sorted in order to feed a downstream workstation. The devices comprising a lifting means; a means or referencing said stopper elements one by one, located downstream from the lifting means; a conveyor for bringing the referenced elements to said workstation, positioned at the outlet of said referencing means; a vision means for verifying the conformance of said elements in an inspection zone extending at the level of the referencing means and/or of the conveyor; and a means for expelling those elements that do not conform located downstream of said vision means. The inspection zone comprises at least two successive sections each including a distinct color. The invention also relates to a corresponding method.
