A system for transporting corrosive or erosive fluids having a flow conduit or flow equipment with a flow bore. One or more inserts () are disposed within the flow bore of the flow conduit or flow equipment. The insert(s) () include an internal structure () and an erosion or corrosion resistant coating () disposed around the internal structure. The insert(s) () is/are disposed inside the flow bore and provide erosion and/or corrosion resistance.

Erosion-resistant inserts for flow equipment

A system for transporting corrosive or erosive fluids having a conduit or flow equipment with a flow bore, comprising; a flexible pipe, an adapter, an end connector, a clamp connector, insert(s), and a metal spacer. Insert(s) comprise an erosion resistant coating disposed around the internal structure that is a spring or helical structure. The insert(s) is/are disposed inside the flow bore and provide erosion and/or corrosion resistance.

A pressure relief valve includes a valve body having a main bore, an inlet bore which is connected to the main bore, an outlet bore which extends through a side of the valve body, and a valve bore which connects the inlet bore with the outlet bore. A valve member is positioned in the valve bore and is movable between a closed position in which a fluid in the inlet bore is prevented from flowing into the outlet bore and an open position in which the fluid in the inlet bore is permitted to flow into the outlet bore. The valve member is movable from the closed position to the open position in response to an overpressure event in the main bore. The valve body further includes a return bore which connects the inlet bore with the main bore.

Pressure relief valve

A flapper valve having a valve body which includes first and second ends, a flow bore which extends between the first and second ends, and an enlarged diameter cavity which is formed coaxially within the flow bore; a valve seat which comprises a through bore that is aligned with the flow bore; a retainer which is positioned radially outwardly of the cavity; and a flapper which is pivotally connected to the retainer. The flapper includes a sealing side which is configured to engage the valve seat when the flapper is in a closed position, a core which is made of a rigid material, a circular stop ring which is connected to or formed integrally with the core on the sealing side of the flapper and is configured to engage the valve seat when the flapper is in the closed position, and a resilient coating.

A check valve includes a valve body having a flow bore which extends between the inlet and outlet ends of the body, a cavity which intersects the flow bore, and an opening which is connected to the cavity. A body cap is removably secured in the opening, and a seat cartridge is configured to fit through the opening and be slidably received in the cavity. The seat cartridge has an open first end which is aligned with the opening, a second end which is located opposite the first end, a chamber which extends between the first and second ends and defines an inner wall of the seat cartridge, a first bore which extends between the chamber and an inlet bore portion, a second bore which extends between the chamber and an outlet bore portion, and a valve seat which is formed on a portion of the inner wall that surrounds the first bore. A retainer ring is positioned in the valve body between the body cap and the first end of the seat cartridge, and a flapper is pivotally connected to the retainer ring and is pivotable through the chamber between a closed position in which the flapper is positioned against the valve seat and an open position in which the flapper is displaced from the valve seat.

Check valve

A turbine flow meter comprises a flow pipe which includes an axial through bore and a meter cartridge which is positioned in the through bore. The meter cartridge includes a tubular cartridge housing through which a fluid to be measured is directed and a rotor which is rotatably supported in the cartridge housing. The cartridge housing is slidably received in a first portion of the through bore and comprises an outer diameter which is less than the diameter of that portion of the through bore. The meter cartridge is retained in the through bore by a retainer, which in turn is retained in the through bore by a ring seal.
