A positive-locking clutch for a motor vehicle comprises a coupling element with a toothing, a rotatable counterpart element with a counterpart toothing, and an electromagnetic actuator. The coupling element can be moved by means of the electromagnetic actuator between a disengaged position and an engaged position, and wherein the toothing of the coupling element is meshed with the counterpart toothing of the counterpart element in the engaged position. Even after the engaged position of the coupling element has been fully reached, a backlash is provided between the toothing of the coupling element and the counterpart toothing of the counterpart element.

Positive-locking clutch

An actuator device configured to actuate a first functional unit and a second functional unit. The actuator device has an actuator motor configured to generate a rotational drive movement, a first shift device assigned to the first functional unit, a second shift device assigned to the second functional unit, and a shift drum which couples the actuator motor and the shift devices in terms of drive. The first shift device is coupled to the shift drum via a first positive control mechanism, and the second shift device is coupled to the shift drum via a second positive control mechanism. By the positive control mechanism, a rotational movement of the shift drum, which can be generated by the rotational drive movement, may be converted into a translatory movement of the first shift device and/or into a translatory movement of the second shift device.

Actuator system for a clutch and a gear switch

An electric drive unit includes a stator which is received in a metal housing, and a rotor rotates within the stator. A synthetic material housing is arranged on the metal housing in the region of the stator, the synthetic material housing forming at least one cooling channel for a cooling fluid in order to cool the stator via the metal housing.

Electric drive unit

An electric drive unit includes an electric motor, which has a stator and a rotor, a gearbox, an electric circuit and a housing. The housing forms a motor compartment in which the electric motor is arranged and a gearbox chamber in which at least a part of the gearbox is arranged. The electric drive unit also includes a lubricating circuit in which a lubricating fluid is conveyed in order to lubricate and cool the gearbox and the rotor of the electric motor, the lubricating fluid circulating between the motor compartment and the gearbox chamber. The drive unit further includes a cooling circuit in which a cooling fluid is conveyed in order to cool the electric circuit and also the stator of the electric motor. The cooling fluid of the cooling circuit is connected to the lubricating fluid of the lubricating circuit in such a manner as to be able to exchange heat.

A method for selectively coupling a motor to a drive train of a motor vehicle using a clutch having a first clutch part driven by the motor, a second clutch part associated with the drive train and an actuator, the method includes the steps of: accelerating the first clutch part while simultaneously activating the actuator during a first actuation phase without engaging the first and second clutch parts; suspending activation of the actuator until a predefined rotational speed difference is reached between the first and second clutch parts; and engaging the first and second clutch parts during a second actuation phase upon reaching the predefined speed difference.

Method of operating a drive train of a motor vehicle and corresponding drive train

The present invention relates to a blocking mechanism for a parking lock of a shaft in a motor vehicle. The blocking mechanism includes a pawl pivotable about a pivot axis and which, in a blocked position, engages into at least one latch cut-out of a ratchet wheel connected to the shaft. The blocking mechanism includes an actuating mechanism having an actuating device for moving an actuation slider. The pawl is pivotable by a movement of the actuation slider. The actuation slider includes a first U-shaped component and a second U-shaped component which each have two side sections and a transverse section connecting the side sections. The first component and the second component are plugged into one another in opposite directions such that the transverse section of the one component at least partly closes the open end of the U shape of the component and vice versa.
