The invention relates to a six-DoF measurement aid for determining 3D coordinates of a multiplicity of object points to be measured in the form of 3D points of a point cloud in cooperation with a laser tracker, having an environment sensor arrangement and a control module. The control module comprises a platform control assistance functionality, which is configured to instruct the environment sensor arrangement, during the automatically guided movement of the six-DoF measurement aid, in a first mode to generate environmental information for determining an environmental normal, and in a second mode to generate environmental information for detecting anomalies with respect to the environmental normal, and to provide the environmental information generated by the environment sensor arrangement for control assistance of the platform control.

Six-DoF measurement aid

A six DOF measurement aid module for determining 3D coordinates of points to be measured of an object surface, comprising a laser tracker for determining the position and orientation of the six DOF measurement aid module. The six DOF measurement aid module has a body comprising an object coupling device with an object interface, configured to couple, via the object interface, alternatively both a handle to the body with a fixed pose and the body to a mobile platform with a fixed pose, a sensor attachment coupling device with a sensor interface-configured to couple alternatively both a sensor attachment effecting non-contact measurement and a sensor attachment effecting tactile measurement to the body with a fixed pose via the sensor interface, and visual markings, which are arranged in a defined spatial relationship in a manner forming a pattern in a marking region on the body.

Six DOF measurement aid module for determining 3D coordinates of points to be measured of an object surface

Some embodiments of the invention include a coordinate measuring device, in particular a laser tracker, for capturing the position and alignment of a measuring aid, which is movable in space and comprises a retroreflector. In some embodiments, the coordinate measuring device may include at least a support fastened on a base so it is rotatable about a first axis of rotation; a beam deflection unit fastened on the support so it is rotatable about a second axis of rotation, which is essentially orthogonal to the first axis of rotation, a first bearing for the rotatable mounting of the beam deflection unit on the support, and a second bearing for the rotatable mounting of the support on the base.

Coordinate measuring device

A target equipped with a reflector can be tracked in a measuring system including a laser tracker. The reflector is tracked by means of a tracking unit in a normal tracking mode and by means of a surveying device in an extraordinary tracking mode. A capturing unit having a detection range lying between the detection ranges of the tracking unit and of the surveying device is also present. If the target cannot be detected by the tracking unit but can be detected by the capturing unit, the orientation of the tracking unit is controlled according to a measurement by the capturing unit. If the target can then be detected by the tracking unit, a transition to the normal tracking mode is initiated. If the target can be detected only by the surveying device, the orientation of the tracking unit is controlled according to a measurement of the surveying device.

Tracking method and measuring system having a laser tracker

A measuring system includes a laser tracker (), a target point marked by a reflector (), a surveying apparatus (), and an arithmetic and control unit (). The laser tracker emits a measuring beam (M) which is reflected by the reflector, a process that is used for determining the distance between the laser tracker () and the reflector (). The surveying apparatus has a known position and orientation relative to the measuring beam (M) while preferably being embodied as a survey camera. The inventive measuring system is designed so as to track the reflector () via the measuring beam (M). In a normal tracking mode (A), a measured value for controlling the orientation of the measuring beam (M) is derived from the detection of the measuring beam reflected by the reflector ().

The invention relates to a hydraulic lift comprising a pressure accumulator (). Hydraulic fluid can be transported between the pressure accumulator () and a hydraulic drive () by means of a pump (), the rotational direction of the pump () being variable. According to the invention, there is no valve between the pressure accumulator () and the pump (), and means are provided for preventing the pressure accumulator () from being discharged when the lift is at a standstill. In terms of said means, either a screw pump is used as a pump (), or an electrically controllable leakage stop valve () is arranged in a leakage line () extending from a leakage port of the pump () to the tank (), said stop valve being closed when the lift is at a standstill. The invention enables a hydraulic lift to be operated in an energy-saving and convenient manner, using a simple hydraulic circuit, and prevents the pressure accumulator () from being discharged when the lift is at a standstill.

Hydraulic elevator with motor controlled hydraulic drive and method for controlling the hydraulic elevator

A pump is situated between the hydraulic drive and the accumulator, this pump being driven by a motor and conveying hydraulic oil from the hydraulic drive to the accumulator and vice versa without the presence of control valves which influence the flow of hydraulic oil, such as proportionally pilot-operated valves. Since the pump is subjected to the pressure Pin the cylinder line and the pressure Pin the accumulator line, the motor of the pump only has to work against the differential pressure and in certain operating states, can even function as a generator and release electrical energy through a power output device controlling it. The speed of the car is controlled through the control of the motor alone by a control and regulation device, through the power output device.

Hydraulic elevator with an accumulator

A hydraulic elevator with a pressure accumulator acting as a counterweight, includes a first pump for conveying hydraulic oil through a pump line, at least one valve unit, and a cylinder line to and from a hydraulic drive for a car, a second pump for conveying hydraulic oil by way of a solenoid valve from and to the pressure accumulator, which hydraulic oil can be supplied to and withdrawn from a tank. The two pumps are connected rigidly to each other and can be driven by an electric motor, the speed of which can be regulated. A single valve unit is installed between the first pump and the hydraulic drive, the valve unit being a relay-controllable valve and a first nonreturn valve connected in parallel to the relay-controllable valve. A control/automatic regulation unit is provided, and in order to control the speed of the car, acts on a power regulating unit for the electric motor, on the solenoid valve, and also, during descents, on the relay-controllable valve. A process for control and regulation of the operation of the elevator is provided, the elevator and its operation being such as to reduce the amount of electric energy required to drive the motor and thus to operate the hydraulic elevator.
