A network device may transmit a request to each of a plurality of multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) networks for a label switched path (LSP) label, wherein each LSP label provides a defined quality of service connection through a corresponding MPLS network. The network device may then receive from each of the plurality of MPLS networks a corresponding LSP label and transmit at least one LSP label to each of a plurality of network devices, wherein the defined quality of service connection is provided through each of the plurality of MPLS networks.

Quality of service and encryption over a plurality of MPLS networks

A communications center supports sales and/or customer support services corresponding to a plurality of business affiliations. Operator terminals within the communications center are configurable. A management module manages the allocation of the operator terminals between the plurality of different business affiliations being supported by the communications center. The management module loads a set of configuration information into an operator terminal to match a determined business affiliation with a customer's communications device capabilities. At different times, e.g. corresponding to an initial communications session and a follow-on communications session, the same customer may be connected to different physical operator terminals and be communicating with different actual operators; however, from the perspective of the customer, the customer is made to think that the communication is with the same operator terminal and same operator.

Communication center methods and apparatus

A network device negotiates an encryption protocol with another network device, receives data from a trusted client device, encrypts the received data with the negotiated encryption protocol, and applies a label switched path (LSP) label to the encrypted data for transmission to the network device through an untrusted Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) network.

Data encryption over a plurality of MPLS networks

An approach for tracking documents using image processing is disclosed. Auxiliary information corresponding to compressed digital information is extracted. The auxiliary information is used to output text lines, which undergo a hash function (e.g., checksum operation). In this manner, individual hash values are generated, as well as an overall hash value of the entire file of text lines. A reference set of hash values are maintained to identify other compressed digital information.

Method and system for providing image processing to track digital information

A network device may store a plurality of LSP labels each associated with a network policy and desired quality of service, wherein each LSP label defines a path through a multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) network. Upon receiving a request to transmit data in accordance with a network policy and desired quality of service, the network device may transmit an appropriate LSP label for transmission through the MPLS network.
