Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an antenna assembly for a test system. The antenna assembly includes a feedthrough part, two waveguide inputs, a single waveguide output as well as a multiplexing part that is interconnected between the two waveguide inputs and the single waveguide output. The multiplexing part is integrated within the feedthrough part at least partially. Moreover, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a test system and a method of establishing a test system for testing a device under test.

A measurement system for testing a device under test includes a signal generation and/or analysis equipment, several antennas, several reflectors and a test location for the device under test. The antennas are connected with the signal generation and/or analysis equipment in a signal-transmitting manner Each of the antennas is configured to transmit and/or receive an electromagnetic signal so that a beam path is provided between the respective antenna and the test location. The electromagnetic signal is reflected by the respective reflector so that the electromagnetic signal corresponds to a planar wave. Each antenna and the corresponding reflector together are configured to provide a corresponding quiet zone at the test location. At least one of the quiet zones provided is larger than the at least one other quiet zone and/or at least one of the antennas is configured to operate at a different frequency compared to the at least one other antenna. Further, a method of performing an over-the-air test of a device under test is described.

The present disclosure relates to a system for aligning a measurement system suitable for radio frequency measurement of a device under test. The system includes an alignment device, a measurement module and an indication module. The alignment device includes at least two alignment antennas configured to receive a signal over-the-air from a measurement antenna of the measurement system. The measurement module is configured to measure a phase difference between the at least two alignment antennas receiving the signal. The indication module is configured to indicate the measured phase difference between the at least two alignment antennas or a reference quantity associated with the measured phase difference. Further, a method of aligning a measurement system used for radio frequency measurement of a device under test is described.

A measuring system for measuring properties of a device under test over the air comprises an antenna array, adapted to receive first measuring signals from the device under test, a measuring device adapted to process the first measuring signals received by the antenna array, and to generate second measuring signals and transmit them to the device under test, using the antenna array. The measuring device comprises a quiet zone generator, which is adapted to perform a beamforming of the first measuring signals after reception by the antenna array. It is preferably also adapted to perform a beamforming on the second measuring signals before transmission by the antenna array. The quiet zone generator is adapted to apply the beamforming, so that at least one adjustable quiet zone is achieved.

An integrated device comprises a horn antenna with an antenna waveguide feed, a waveguide transition element comprising a first end connected to the antenna waveguide feed and second end, and an orthomode transducer comprising a common waveguide connected to the second end of the waveguide transition element and at least two separate waveguides. The orthomode transducer is adapted to couple at least two orthogonal linear polarized fields into the common waveguide of the orthomode transducer with the aid of the at least two separate waveguides of the orthomode transducer and/or vice versa. The present invention relates to generation of radio frequency signals by digital components. In particular, data for specifying a baseband signal are generated at a centralized processing device, and the data relating to the baseband signal are transmitted to radio frequency transmitters via a digital network. The radio-frequency transmitters digitally generate radio-frequency signals based on the data obtained via the digital network, and the generated radio frequency signals are provided to a connector or an antenna.

A test system is used for testing multiple input multiple output capabilities. The system comprises a device under test, a movable antenna and a signal simulation unit. Furthermore, the signal simulation unit simulates at least two multiple input multiple output channels in order to test the multiple input multiple output capabilities of the device under test.
