A reluctance armature includes a shaft received in a shaft hole in a torsion-proof manner. At least one carrier body is disposed around the shaft and has radial sides as viewed in a circumferential direction. Part segments are arranged on the radial sides of the carrier body and made of anisotropic soft-magnetic material to thereby establish an armature segment which, as viewed in an axial direction, is disposed between two edge elements and forms a central section.

Reluctance armature

A rotor having a number of tangentially magnetized permanent magnets tangentially evenly distributed and arranged both in the center region and in the outer regions in the axial direction is disclosed. Flux-guiding elements between the permanent magnets guide the magnetic fields of the permanent magnets radially toward the center region of the stator. The flux-guiding elements comprise a plurality of sheets stacked on one another in the axial direction. The sheets in the outer regions are smaller than the sheets in the center region. The sheets arranged in the outer regions are surrounded on their radially outside end by a retaining apparatus. Form-fitting elements transmit centrifugal forces acting on the sheets arranged in the center region are transmitted to the sheets arranged in the outer regions.

Electrical machine having a flux-concentrating permanent magnet rotor and reduction of the axial leakage flux

A rotor includes a shaft, a plurality of permanent magnets arranged around the shaft in a circumferential direction for permanent excitation and attached to the shaft by an adhesive bond, and a flux conducting device provided for conducting a magnetic flux of the permanent magnets. The flux conducting device has a plurality of soft-magnetic flux conducting elements. Each flux conducting element is placed between two of the permanent magnets and adhesively bonded thereto.

A drive device includes a rotational drive device with a rotating stator and a rotating armature for displacing a shaft in a rotational movement and a linear drive device with a linear stator and a linear armature for displacing a shaft in a linear movement. The rotational drive device and the linear drive device are arranged axially one behind the other, with the rotating armature and the linear armature being connected to a respective shaft section. The shaft sections of the rotating armature and the linear armature are axially aligned and connected to each other in a rotationally fixed manner such that the shaft sections can move axially with respect to each other but they can only rotate together.

Drive device for rotational and linear movements with decoupled inertias

A rotor of a permanently excited synchronous machine includes a shaft capable of rotating about an axis and a laminated core having an axial layering arrangement defined by planes which are aligned perpendicular to the axis. The laminated core has at least two layers of different geometry. A first layer has a plate with a closed outer contour at least at an outer periphery, and a second layer has plural plate segments. The first and second layers of the laminated core are arranged in an axial direction to form axial pockets in interspaces between the plate segments of the second layer and recesses formed radially within the outer contour of the first layer for receiving permanent magnets. An adhesive is provided in radial gaps formed at least in axial sections of the second layer between adjacent plate segments and the permanent magnets.

Rotor of a permanently excited synchronous machine

A rotor includes a shaft and a plurality of permanent magnets which are arranged around the shaft in a circumferential direction for permanent excitation. At least one of the permanent magnets is attached to the shaft by a material joint or formfit. A flux conducting device for conducting a magnetic flux of the permanent magnets has a plurality of separate soft-magnetic flux conducting elements, with each flux conducting element being mounted between two of the permanent magnets and fixed thereto so as to be indirectly held in place on the shaft. At least one of the flux conducting elements has at least one contact area sized to cover an outer edge of one of the permanent magnets in the radial direction.
