The present application relates to methods of operating a UE (-) and operating access nodes (-) of a cellular network (). A method comprises receiving control information from a cellular network (). The cellular network () comprises a dynamic cell. The control information is indicative of one or more availability parameters of the dynamic cell. The method furthermore comprises configuring the communication between the UE (-) and the cellular network () based on the control information.

Communication in cellular networks comprising dynamic cells

The present disclosure relates to the area of telecommunication, and in particular to methods for reporting network dysfunction in a wireless communication network (). According to a first aspect of embodiments herein it is provided a method, for use in a wireless communication device (), for reporting network dysfunction. The method comprises obtaining information defining radio communication properties (e.g. use of a relaying wireless communication device ()) for use when reporting network dysfunction in a wireless communication network (). The method further comprises detecting network dysfunction, and sending a report indicating the detected network dysfunction e.g. to a radio network nodeusing the obtained radio communication properties. The disclosure also relates to a corresponding radio network node () and wireless communication devices (), () and to a computer program for implementing the proposed method.

Methods and network devices for reporting network dysfunction in a wireless communication network

A method for monitoring wireless data communication by a user equipment connected to a wireless data network is disclosed. The method, which is performed by the user equipment, comprises the a) receiving at least one signal, wherein the at least one signal comprises at least one characteristic of a wake-up signal, b) determining whether the at least one signal is a wake-up signal or a false alarm wake-up signal, and c) reporting, based on said determining, information on the at least one signal to the wireless data network.

Devices, systems, and methods are disclosed for network-controlled UE filtering of detected cell reporting. The network instructs currently-connected UEs to only report neighboring cells that meet network-defined mobility filtering criteria and, in some embodiments, additional non-mobility filtering criteria. In response to receiving such instructions from the network, the UEs will apply the filtering criteria to at least the data associated with neighboring cells and, in some embodiments, data of the UE to determine which of the neighboring cells meet the filtering criteria. Once the UEs have determined that one or more neighboring cells meets the filtering criteria, the UEs communicate a detected cell report back to the network, which, according to specific embodiments of the invention, may be limited to identification of the neighboring cells that meet the mobility filtering criteria and, in some embodiments, additional non-mobility filtering criteria.
