Collagen compositions, methods for preparing those collagen compositions, and 3D constructs formed from those collagen compositions are provided. In particular, methods of isolating collagen that exhibits an enhanced rate of gelling, such collagen compositions, and 3D constructs formed from such collagen compositions are provided.

To manage a plurality of parking spaces, one or more images are acquired, with each parking space appearing in at least one image. Periodically acquired images of occupancy and identity are used in directing a customer to a parked vehicle. Periodically acquired mages of just occupancy are used in controlling respective environmental aspects, such as illumination and ventilation, of the parking spaces. For these purposes, the images are classified automatically as 'vacant' or “occupied”, and are displayed along with their classifications so that the classifications can be corrected manually.

3D printable bio gel and method of use

A system and method are provided for fabricating 3D structures from biomaterial. The system includes a printer assembly having a dual-arm assembly including an upper arm, and a lower arm connected by an elbow joint to the upper arm. A disposable barrier encloses a printing surface from an external environment and from components of the printer assembly. The upper arm and lower arm are inserted into an inlet of the barrier, so as to be isolated from the print surface. The lower arm is provided with an extruding system, and the extruding system includes an actuator-driven syringe configured to deposit biomaterial on the print surface. The biomaterial is deposited on the print surface to carry out 3D fabrication in an aseptic environment.
