A laser projection device, including at least one reflector unit having at least one reflector element that is configured to deflect at least one laser beam to be projected, and having at least one drive unit that is configured to excite at least the reflector element into resonant vibration. The laser projection device includes at least one temperature compensation unit, which is configured to acquire a vibrational frequency of at least the reflector element and to ascertain the temperature of the reflector unit from it.

A projector having at least one laser diode which is designed to emit light, having a laser control device which is designed to control the at least one laser diode, having a first controllable resonant mirror which is designed to reflect the light that is emitted by the laser diode, and having a control device which is designed to control the orientation of the first controllable resonant mirror. The control device is further designed to reduce the power supply to the laser diode and to the laser control device in a first configuration of a power-saving mode of the projector, and to further control the orientation of the first controllable resonant mirror at a resonant frequency of the first controllable resonant mirror. A method for reducing a light intensity of a projection device is provided which includes the following steps: projecting information in the form of a visual representation onto a total area; emitting a plurality of electromagnetic signals which are essentially imperceptible to an observer onto the total area, using the projection device; detecting objects situated in the light path between the projection device and the total area with the aid of the electromagnetic signals; and reducing the light intensity of the projection device as long as an object is detected in the light path.

A circuit arrangement for organic light-emitting diodes can be arranged in a two-dimensional matrix. It can in particular be used with microdisplays. It can allow a wide influencing of the brightness of the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the organic light-emitting diodes. Every organic light-emitting diode can be controlled by means of a storage circuit, a sense amplifier and a driver circuit using the circuit arrangement. The driver circuit can be formed by at least three transistors connected in series and a further output transistor whose drain is connected to the anode of the respective organic light-emitting diode. In this respect, the transistor acting as the driver can have a constant electric operating voltage LVDD applied at its source and a further likewise constant electric operating voltage Vis applied to its gate. The drain of the first transistor to the source of the following transistor connected to it in series and the two gates of the following transistors which form a switch and are connected in series are connected to the output of the sense amplifier and are acted on by its electric output voltage V. The drains of the two transistors forming the switch are connected to the source of the output transistor whose gate is connected to ground potential or to which negative electric voltage is applied.

The invention relates to optical arrangements which can be provided, preferably also in miniaturized form, for the most varied applications. They can be used in many sectors of life and also commercially, and indeed whenever information should be presented visually and/or optical information should be recognized and taken into account. It is the object of the invention to provide optical arrangements with which different optical information can be utilized in more complex form together in one arrangement. The optical arrangement in accordance with the invention is configured such that elements both emitting and detecting electromagnetic radiation are arranged on a common substrate or are configured thereat. A plurality of these elements are preferably present together in each case. It can, however, also be sufficient for specific applications to provide in each case an emitting or a detecting element with a plurality of the respective other elements.
