A measurement arrangement comprising a flexible disposable container and a disposable measurement probe for measuring an analytical property of a medium. The measurement probe is mounted on an inside wall of the disposable container and comprises a sensing element extending into the container, which is ready to use and which produces reliable measurement results. The disposable measurement arrangement comprises a closed capsule containing a buffer solution and a tether connecting said capsule to said probe. The container, the measurement probe, the capsule and the buffer solution are sterilized. The sensing element is inserted in the buffer solution during storage and the capsule is removed from the sensing element during measurement operation.

Disposable measurement arrangement and method of testing and/or calibrating it

A pressure measurement arrangement for measuring a line pressure of a product is described wherein product hold-up inside of disposable parts is minimized, comprising: a reusable pressure sensor comprising a measurement diaphragm, a fitting, the fitting comprising: a tubular opening extending through said fitting, for the reception of a disposable elastomeric tube, an aperture extending through an outside wall of the fitting into the tubular opening; and mounting structure, for mounting the pressure sensor on the aperture, such that the measurement diaphragm is exposed to an inside of the tubular opening; wherein the disposable tube is inserted in the tubular opening of the fitting during measurement; and an outside wall of the disposable tube comprises a thin flexible portion, which conforms to the measurement diaphragm when the disposable tube is pressurized by the line pressure.

Pressure management arrangement

A sterile measurement device comprising an elongated measurement probe for measuring a physical property. The probe has a first end and a second end, and a sensing element, which is located on the first end which can be installed at any time on a measurement site. The measurement site has a measuring chamber for measuring a physical quantity inside the measuring chamber without breaching sterility of the measurement arrangement. The measurement device further comprising a sterile tubing comprising a first end, a second end and a compressible section located between the ends. The sterile tubing surrounding the probe, such that the second end of the probe extends out of the second end of the tubing, structure for establishing a sterile connection between the first end of the tubing and a corresponding counter part on a measurement site. The sterile connection forms a passageway leading into a measuring chamber, wherein the physical property is to be measured, and a thermal weld providing a seal between the second end of the tubing and the elongated probe; wherein the compressible section of the tubing allows for a length of the tubing to be varied, such that the sensing element is entirely located inside the tubing, when the compressible section is uncompressed, and the sensing element is located outside the first end of the tubing when the compressible section is compressed.

Sterile single use measurement device

A calibration rig for calibration and/or re-calibration of flow meters () and/or flow meter calibration carts () is described comprising: a source () of pure sterilized water or a source () of a sterile conductive solution, a piping manifold () connected to the source (), at least one flow meter () connected to the source () via the piping manifold () and/or at least one flow meter calibration cart () connected to the source () via the piping manifold () and a drain pipe () connected to each flow meter () and to each flow meter calibration cart () to guide liquid from the flow meter () and/or the flow meter calibration cart () to a drain ().

Calibration rig

An Arrangement for the measurement of a level of a medium in a container the arrangement allows for removal of the microwave level measurement device, without opening the container, which allows use of standard connectors. The arrangement comprises: a mounting section surrounding an opening of the container; a tubular adapter comprising a first standard connector located on a first end of the adapter and a second standard connector located on a second end of the adapter, which is mounted on the mounting section of the container by the first standard connector; an isolation window transparent for microwaves seating a passageway through the adapter having an outer rim, which is clamped between the mounting section and the first standard connector; and a microwave level measurement device, comprising a standard process connector to be mounted on the second connector of the adapter.

Disposable sterilizable liner for a level, pressure or temperature measurement instrument

A probe is described, that complies to high standards of hygiene, comprising: a process connection, a metal rod comprising a first end of the rod connected to the process connection, a first gasket provided between the process connection and the rod forming a seal between the rod and the process connection, and a cylinder, which is located between the process connection and the rod, which is surrounded by the first gasket, and which defines a minimal distance between the process connection and the rod, the minimal distance ensuring a defined compression force exerted on the first gasket.

Probe for sensing a physical quantity

A toy leash with an adjustable harness, electronic sound and a light is attachable to one of a number of toy animals. Sound emanating from the toy leash and adjustable harness combination appears to be coming from the attached animal. Buckles and/or hook and loop fasteners are provided for adjustment of the harness. A flashlight is removably carried by the forward end of the leash. In an alternative embodiment, a section of the leash between the harness and the handle is telescopically adjustable.

A novelty item for creating the illusion of an imaginary pet including a hollow, elongated leash with a handle at one end and a collar and harness adjacent the other end. Housed within the handle, which is hollow, is a battery power source and an integrated circuit for producing a plurality of animal sounds. Also carried by the handle are an on/off switch and at least one selector switch for the sound circuitry. Mounted within the collar end of the leash is a micro speaker which is connected by wiring through the hollow leash to the circuitry in the handle.
