The roller wheel assembly includes an inboard roller shaft, an inboard roller wheel coupled to the inboard roller shaft, an outboard roller shaft, and an outboard roller wheel coupled to the outboard roller shaft. Additionally, the roller wheel assembly includes a pivot mechanism coupling the inboard roller shaft to the outboard roller shaft.

An exhaust treatment system for a work vehicle includes a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system having an SCR outlet for expelling treated exhaust flow therefrom, a flow conduit in fluid communication with the outlet, an exhaust sensor positioned within the flow conduit downstream of the outlet, and a flow mixer positioned upstream of the exhaust sensor. The flow mixer has an end wall defining sector openings circumferentially extending between first and second sector sides and radially between radially inner and outer sector ends. Moreover, the flow mixer has swirler vanes, where each of the swirler vanes extends circumferentially from the first sector side of a respective one of the sector openings and radially between radially inner and outer vane ends. Particularly, the radially outer vane end of each of the swirler vanes is spaced apart from the radially outer sector end of the respective one of the sector openings.

Further, the nozzle is configured to mix the first exhaust flow and the diesel exhaust fluid to form an exhaust solution. In addition, the mixer includes a conduit configured to receive the exhaust solution along the longitudinal axis. Moreover, the conduit has an opening configured to receive a portion of the nozzle, and the conduit is configured to receive a second exhaust flow through a gap formed between the nozzle and the conduit at the opening, and the opening is positioned downstream of the plurality of openings.

Also, the undercarriage includes a pin assembly configured to couple the roller wheel beam to the bushing mount. Moreover, the pin assembly includes a first pin configured to be inserted into the first opening and a first end of the third opening. The pin assembly also includes a second pin configured to be inserted into the second opening and a second end of the third opening. Furthermore, the first pin is configured to abut the second pin when the first pin and the second pin are inserted into respective openings.

The muffler is disposed forward of the steering wheel relative to a direction of travel of the agricultural vehicle. Moreover, the muffler extends in a substantially horizontal direction such that a flow of the exhaust through the muffler is substantially parallel to a ground surface.

A suspension system for a cab of an off-road vehicle includes a superstructure configured to receive a cab frame. The superstructure forms a framework, the corners of which receive suspension assemblies and dampers. The suspension assemblies include one or more springs or resilient elements to resist suspension motion, and the dampers provide dampening of the motion. Lateral and longitudinal suspension motions are resisted by links between the corners of the superstructure. An anti-roll bar reduces roll. The entire suspension system may be pre-assembled and then joined to the vehicle chassis frame. The cab frame may then be placed on the suspension system. Parts of the suspension system may interface with and be housed by roll-over protective structures.

A cab suspension device for an agricultural tractor comprising a pair of concentrically aligned tubes co-axially arranged around a conventional cab suspension spring apparatus. One of the pair of tubes is connected to the tractor frame while the second is attached to the cab frame. The lengths of the tubes are shorter than the static length of the spring apparatus to allow limited telescoping movement of the tubes during dynamic compression of the spring apparatus without causing contact between the tube ends and the opposing tractor and cab frames. The dynamic extension during telescoping movement of the spring apparatus is controlled by a spring retainer. An annular space between the tubes allows for limited lateral displacement of the spring apparatus without causing contact between the tubes. The limits are configured to permit normal operational movement of the spring apparatus without contact of the tubes. During vehicle roll over events, the normal operational loads of the spring apparatus are exceeded and the tubes will come in contact with one another and/or the opposing frame. The tubes and the spring retainer provide a rigid load transfer path for ROPS loads from the cab to the vehicle frame.

Apparatus and method for reducing shear loading on elements connecting an axle and a chassis of a vehicle

The soft bottom track assembly of the present invention includes inner pad assemblies, side plate assemblies, and link and cross bolt assemblies. An inner pad assembly includes a multiplicity of longitudinally arranged pads, hingedly attached one to the next, each having an upper iron casting with a rubber/urethane material bonded thereto. The pads are arranged in rows, with each row staggered from each adjacent row so that there are always pads in contact with the surface on which the track is riding. A raised area on the cast iron backing provides traction between the tire and the track assembly. Each pad includes holes for hinged attachment to adjacent pads, also permitting adjustment of the size of the track length, depending on the hole arrangement selected during track assembly installation.
