A track tension system including a hydraulic cylinder coupled between a drive frame and idler of a track system, an accumulator and a hydraulic valve that controls flow between the cylinder and accumulator. The cylinder extends and retracts to change the distance between the drive frame and idler which increases and decreases, respectively, tension on the track system. The hydraulic valve can be opened to allow flow between the cylinder and accumulator, and closed to block flow between the cylinder and accumulator. Control factors can be monitored to control valve position. An overload pressure relief can allow flow between the cylinder and accumulator when the hydraulic valve is closed and pressure in the cylinder reaches overload pressure. An orifice can allow constricted flow between the cylinder and accumulator when the hydraulic valve is closed. A check valve can connect the track tension system to a vehicle hydraulic system.

Track tension control

A work machine may include an idler wheel, a drivable track engaged with the idler wheel, and an actuator configured to move the idler wheel to adjust the tension in the drivable track. A controller may actively instruct the actuator to adjust the tension in the drivable track based on the pressure in the actuator and variables associated with the drivable track and the work machine.

Active tension system and method

A work vehicle may include a load sensor, an engine, a drive train driven by the engine and a track system including at least one track. The track system is connected to the drive train. The work vehicle may further comprise a temperature sensor configured to sense a temperature and a vehicle control system configured to receive the sensed temperature and a vehicle load from the load sensor. The vehicle control system is configured to output a work speed vehicle alert based upon a combination of the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor and the vehicle load sensed by the load sensor.

A work machine includes a frame including an axle and an arm, a track undercarriage assembly including an undercarriage assembly connected to the arm, a drive assembly operably attached to the axle, and a track belt mounted on the drive assembly. The undercarriage assembly and the drive assembly are each configured for lateral adjustment relative to a longitudinal centerline of the frame from a first position to a second position. The drive assembly includes a drive sprocket that is assembled with the axle in a first configuration to laterally adjust the drive assembly towards the first position and a second configuration to laterally adjust the drive assembly towards the second position. The undercarriage assembly includes an undercarriage frame attached to the arm, wherein the undercarriage frame and the arm are adjustably coupled to allow the undercarriage frame to be movably adjusted between the first and the second positions.

Vehicle shipping position to application position conversion

A work vehicle may include an engine, a drive train driven by the engine, and a track system including at least one track. The track system is connected to the drive train. The work vehicle may further include a temperature sensor configured to sense a track temperature of the at least one track and a vehicle control system configured to receive the track temperature and to determine misalignment of the at least one track based at least in part upon the sensed track temperature.

An audio transmitting table is disclosed which, in general, includes a table top, frame, a controller, and multiple microphones. The table top has one or more non-perpendicular contour edges. The frame is attached to the table top. The controller is attached to the audio transmitting table. The multiple microphones are embedded in the non-perpendicular contour edges. Each microphone transmits audio data to the controller.

A vehicle, method, and track control system for sensing the temperature of a track and controlling the vehicle's speed based on the temperature of the track. The track temperature may be sensed by a sensor embedded in a portion of the track, such as in a drive lug, a tread bar, or portion of the carcass. The temperature of the track may also be used to alert an operator of a track temperature issue or request that the operator reduce the speed of the vehicle.

In one aspect of the present invention, a wall assembly may be used to divide the area of a particular living space. The wall assembly may comprise a first and second panel. The first panel may reside within an internal cavity of the second panel. The first panel may also extend beyond the second panel such that both panels may collectively form a wall. A cable may connect the wall assembly to an overhead structure such that it may pull the wall into a storage space of the overhead structure.
