ECG electrode assemblies are disclosed which include an adhesive-backed patch incorporating an ECG electrode and an adhesive-backed cover configured to cover and surround a lead wire clip attached to a contact of the ECG electrode. ECG electrode assemblies comprising said adhesive-backed patch and said adhesive-backed cover secure the connection between the lead and the electrode and effectively reduce the number of telemetry disruptions due to leads failure. ECG electrode assemblies can also provide water resistance to allow for patient showering while hospitalized on telemetry monitoring.

Disposable ECG electrodes adapted to reduce leads-off events

This disclosure describes systems and methods for electrocardiographic waveform analysis, data presentation and actionable advisory generation. Electrocardiographic waveform data can be received from a wearable device associated with a patient. A mathematical analysis can be performed on the electrocardiographic waveform data to provide cardiac analytics. A visualization of the cardiac analytics on a dashboard display can be generated. A value can be based on a comparison of the cardiac analytics to at least one baseline value for the patient; and a decision of whether or not to generate an actionable advisory for the electrocardiographic waveform data can be made based on the value. When the actionable advisory is generated, the actionable advisory is sent to one or more medical professionals, where it can be modified, and displayed with the visualization of the cardiac analytics.

Advanced cardiac waveform analytics

Described herein is a system for remote monitoring of non-critically ill hospitalized patients. The system can include a graphical user interface displaying a representation of the patient census. Each patient is represented by a graphic showing a clinical status, with an underlying expanded view of various parameters. The system can also include a non-transitory memory storing computer executable instructions and a processor configured to execute the computer executable instructions. Upon execution, the computer executable instructions can at least: receive a data stream associated with a non-critically ill hospitalized patient; determine a risk score associated with the non-critically ill hospitalized patient based on data associated with the alarm notification, wherein the risk score represents a probability of the non-critically ill hospitalized patient developing an actionable clinical event; and rearrange the plurality of graphical representations on the GUI based on the risk score.

Systems and methods for remote monitoring of non-critically ill hospitalized patients

Systems and methods for electrocardiographic waveform analysis, data presentation and actionable alert generation are described. Electrocardiographic waveform data can be received from a wearable device associated with a patient. A mathematical analysis of at least a portion of the electrocardiographic waveform data can be performed to provide cardiac analytics. In instances where (1) a pathologically prolonged QT interval and (2) an R on T premature ventricular contraction and/or a ventricular tachycardia are detected from the cardiac analytics of the at least a portion of the electrocardiographic waveform data, an actionable alert can be generated and displayed with a visualization of the cardiac analytics.
