A process for weighing a harvested crop stored in a tank of a harvesting machine, a frame supporting the tank is mounted on a wheel set by a lifting device which is operable to move the frame upwardly and downwardly upon control of a hydraulic system. The process controlling the hydraulic system and includes the steps of: determining at least one height position of the frame on the displacement course; measuring a lowering pressure and a raising pressure in the hydraulic system at the position; calculating, from the measured pressures, a balancing pressure for the frame. The process is performed before unloading the stored crop in order to calculate a loaded balancing pressure and after the unloading in order to calculate an empty balancing pressure. The weight of the stored crop is calculated from a pressure variation between the loaded balancing pressure and the empty balancing pressure.

Process for weighing the harvested crop stored in a tank on a harvesting machine

A harvesting machine including a harvesting unit and a system for recovering crop detached by the harvesting unit. The recovering system including at least one conveyor adapted to recover the crop detached by the harvesting unit and to convey the crop along a conveying path. The recovering system comprising a removing device for removing debris elements that might be conveyed with the detached crop. The removing device including two rotary organs which form therebetween a mouth that is adjacent to the conveying path to be able to catch debris elements protruding from the conveyor. The mouth converging into an inner gripping zone formed by a narrow gap between the rotary organs. The removing device further including a drive unit for the rotation of at least one of the two rotary organs to extract from the conveyor any debris element caught by the mouth and then gripped between the rotary organs.

Harvesting machine comprising a harvesting unit and a system for recovering the crop detached by said harvesting unit

A system for associating two elements by their adjacent flexible walls including two orifices formed in each wall to be aligned two by two. A pair of tabs arranged next to the aligned orifices engage through orifices in a position wherein said walls are plated between the tabs. The couplings include a pin provided on a tab and a hole provided on the other tab to be disposed respectively through and next to the orifices when said tabs are arranged on either side of the juxtaposed walls. The pin of a tab is irreversibly coupled within a hole of another tab.

System for associating two elements by their adjacent flexible walls

A shaker device including at least one motorized member that is intended to transmit by contact a shaking force to objects to be shaken. The member includes at least one structural insert that is covered by a wear jacket. The structural insert includes a reinforcement included in a matrix that is covered by the jacket. The matrix is based on a material which is different from that of the jacket in that it is adapted to adhere to the reinforcement and to the material of the jacket.

Shaker device for a fruit harvesting unit

A shaker device including at least one motorized member that is intended to transmit by contact a shaking force to objects to be shaken. The member includes a plurality of structural inserts that are covered by a wear jacket. Each of the structural inserts has respective left lobes and right lobes. The inserts are distributed in the jacket so as to form a respective discrete stack of left lobes and right lobes.

A system for eliminating residue from a flow of harvest containing fruit, includes a motorized conveyor for feeding the flow of harvest towards an inclined surface that is arranged to allow the flow of harvest to travel over it, the surface including air passages. The system further has a blower for blowing air through the passages in order to eject residue from the flow of harvest as it is routed over the surface.

A motorized conveyor has a plurality of rollers spaced longitudinally, the rollers being driven in rotation to move the flow of harvest on the rollers in a longitudinal direction between upstream and downstream transverse axes, each roller having a surface of revolution comprising grooves that extend transversely and continuously over its entire length, so as to enable transverse routing of the flow of harvest while it is being conveyed.
