A linear stepper motor with an actuating rod in a housing with a stator, a rotor and a replaceable bearing shield fixed on the stator is provided. The rotor includes a threaded shaft. The bearing shield defines two guide cut-outs. The actuating rod includes a spindle nut portion engaged with the threaded shaft, a replaceable coupling shank for a customer-specific actuating element, and two opposing parallel fork legs which link the spindle nut portion and the coupling shank and which are guided in a rotation-locked manner through the two guide cut-outs.

Linear stepper motor and valve utilizing the same

A linear stepper motor includes a stator, a rotor, a cover and a longitudinally displaceable actuating rod. The stator is formed as a fully overmoulded stator assembly. The stator assembly includes a stator overmould. The rotor is received in the stator and includes a spindle. The cover is coupled to the stator assembly on the drive side of the linear stepper motor. The actuating rod is guided by the stator assembly. The spindle is only supported by its tips between two bearing balls between a stator recess of the stator overmould and a cover recess in the cover. A device and a method for manufacturing the linear stepper motor are also provided.

Linear stepper motor, device and method for manufacturing the linear stepper motor

A stator for a linear stepper motor includes four stator sheets and two stator windings. The four stator sheets are oriented towards each other, provided with bent polar arms, and have two inner stator sheets each defining a sheet recess and two outer stator sheets that are arranged in an offset manner. THE four stator sheets are joined into an integral coil body by a stator overmold. One of the stator windings is wound onto the coil body between one inner stator sheet and one outer stator sheet and connected with connector pins. The four stator sheets and the stator overmold including a stator flange and a pin socket are integrally formed such that radial envelope surfaces of the at least four stator sheets are free from the stator overmold. A stator recess inside the stator is arranged centrically in the stator overmold.
