Disclosed is a method, apparatus, system and non-transitory computer program product configured to process user call responses and assign caller specific preferences to the user based on the caller's feedback. One example method of processing spoken words from a user of a calling platform may include operations, such as calling a user via a call processing device, and sending a call prompt message to the user after the user has answered the call, the call prompt message soliciting a user response. The user may respond and the response is received as a spoken call greeting from the user in response to the call prompt message. Other operations may include recording the spoken call greeting, and determining whether the spoken call greeting is indicative of a language preference. The system may process the user's word or utterances and assign language preferences to the user based on the user provided information.

Method and apparatus of processing caller responses

A method, apparatus, system, and non-transitory computer program product configured to process user call responses and assign caller specific preferences to the user based on the caller's feedback. One example being a method of processing spoken words from a user of a calling platform. This may include operations such as calling a user via a call processing device and/or sending a call prompt message to the user after the user has answered the call, wherein the call prompt message solicits a user response. Other operations may include recording the spoken call greeting and determining whether the spoken call greeting is indicative of a language preference. The system may process the user's word(s) or utterances and assign language preferences to the user based on the user provided information.

A slope indicator for indicating the slope of a golf green, comprises a polycarbonate flat circular base and a dome-shaped transparent cover that is filled with distilled water and has an observable bubble. The base has a spike extending from its lower surface and a circular flange extending from its upper surface that has a circular slot. The cover has a periphery which has a circular slot that receives the base flange to form a dome-shaped chamber having a predetermined volume. A direction indicator and radially-spaced slope markings are molded into the cover. The slope indicator is assembled by inverting the cover and metering a predetermined quantity of distilled water into it that is less than the volume to create the bubble. The base is then assembled to it with glue. In use, the slope indicator is placed on a golf green with the spike engaging the golf green. If there is any slope, the bubble will displace from the top of the dome. The slope indicator is rotated to align the direction indicia with the bubble to indicate the direction of slope of the golf green. The degree of slope of the golf green is indicated by the displacement of the bubble from the top center of the cover as measured by the position of the bubble relative to the slope indicator.

A tanning bed control system including a tanning bed safety device (10) for ensuring safe operation of a tanning bed (14) is disclosed. The tanning bed safety device (10) monitors the operation of the tanning bed (14) and the tanning bed controller (12) and activates an alarm if the tanning bed (14) is on when it should be off or off when it should be on.

Hypodermic syringes with accompanying hypodermic syringe needles may readily utilize the disclosed safety device to achieve less operator risk of needle stick injury and less risk of body fluid contamination. In the preferred embodiment the safety device, which can be releasably affixed to the barrel of a hypodermic syringe having an attached hypodermic syringe needle, has a channel-like member that houses a forwardly movable, generally L-shaped member and a rocker spring. After injecting substances into or withdrawing body fluids from a human being or an animal, the L-shaped member is pushed forwardly somewhat beyond the tip of the hypodermic syringe needle. The downwardly action of the rocker spring cooperating with the design features of the L-shaped member causes the L-shaped member to move downwardly past the tip of the hypodermic syringe needle and then rearwardly so that the tip of the hypodermic syringe needle becomes embedded into the L-shaped member.
