A motorcycle handlebar grip assembly includes an outer grip tube and an inner grip tube. The outer grip tube includes a groove in the inner tube wall surface, which aligns with a groove in an outer tube wall surface of the inner grip tube. A spring loaded retainer clip is positioned within the grooves of the inner and outer grip tubes to secure the inner and outer grip tubes together without the need for an adhesive.

A motorcycle footrest mount includes a support arm that is length adjustable and pivotally adjustable. The mount attaches to a motorcycle structure and includes a helical ramp. One end of the support arm is pivotably mounted to the helical ramp and is spring biased against the mount in a first, home position. The other end of the support arm is mounted to a footrest. The support arm is able to pivotally move downward along the helical ramp upon application of force by a motorcycle operator's legs and feet on the footrest, and to return to the home position when the operator removes his or her feet from the footrest by virtue of the spring biasing.

A motorcycle backrest assembly includes a base assembly having first and second ends and a back rest rotatably connected to the first end of the base assembly such that the back rest is movable between first and second positions. A mounting plate has the second end of the base assembly rotatably connected thereto such that the base assembly is movable between first and second positions. The backrest assembly includes a first configuration as a passenger back rest where the backrest is in the first position and the base assembly is in the first position, and a second configuration as a driver backrest where the backrest is in the second position and the base assembly is in the second position.

A pivotable passenger peg assembly that is mountable to a motorcycle includes an elongate arm with a cylindrical opening. The elongate arm is pivotally mounted on a first cylindrical member that is mountable to a motorcycle. The first cylindrical member is configured with a stepped outer cylindrical surface that cooperates with a detent formed within the cylindrical opening of the arm to limit the pivotal range of the arm. The first cylindrical member may be incorporated into a motorcycle mount or may be adapted to attach to a motorcycle mount.
