An electrical connector configured to be mated to a mating connector includes a housing assembly and a core assembly held rotatably within the housing assembly. The core assembly includes a contact assembly having a contact configured to electrically contact a mating contact of the mating connector, a finger protection assembly configured to at least partially cover the contact assembly, and a cable retention assembly configured to be attached onto an electrical cable.

Electrical connector with minimal transfer of torsional load

A subassembly for a compressor controls a fluid flow of a fluid between a high-pressure region and a crank chamber pressure region and between the crank chamber pressure region and a suction pressure region of the compressor. The subassembly includes a first electrical control valve, a second electrical control valve, and an electrical control device. Each of the first electrical control valve and the second electrical control valve has a valve member arranged within a valve housing and displaceable between a pair of positions. The electrical control device is adapted to control, during operation of the compressor, a fluid flow between the high-pressure region and a crank chamber pressure region and between the crank chamber pressure region and the suction pressure region by controlling the positions of the valve members.

Subassembly for a compressor

A compressor having a front housing in which a crank chamber is formed. A cylinder block is coupled to an opposite surface facing the front housing and includes reciprocating pistons in a plurality of cylinder bores. A rear housing is coupled to an opposite surface facing the cylinder block, the rear housing includes a suction chamber and a discharge chamber formed therein. A rotating shaftis inserted via centers of the front housing and the cylinder block, the shaft inserted into a swash plate. A diameter maintenance part is configured to constantly maintain a diameter based on an axis direction of the piston. A sensor part is configured to sense a speed and a stroke of the piston in accordance with a change in position of a position determination part positioned on one side of the diameter maintenance part.

Compressor

An electric control valve for a coolant compressor comprises a valve housing, an electric actuating drive, a valve body displaceable by the electric actuating drive between a first position and a second position inside the valve housing, a position sensor determining a position of the valve body, a suction-pressure sensor, and a control system. The control system is adapted to control a coolant flow from a high-pressure region into a crankcase-chamber-pressure region of the coolant compressor by controlling the position of the valve body via the electric actuating drive based on the suction pressure received from the suction-pressure sensor. The control system moves the valve body to the first position to connect the high-pressure region and the crankcase-chamber-pressure region if the suction pressure is below a predetermined threshold.

Electric control valve for a coolant compressor

A control valve for an air conditioning compressor is disclosed. The control valve comprises a control piston, an electric motor, a sensor, and a control unit. The control piston connects a refrigerant flow between a high-pressure area and a crankcase pressure area of the air conditioning compressor in a first position. The control piston further connects the refrigerant flow between the crankcase pressure area and a low-pressure area of the air conditioning compressor in a second position. The electric motor moves the control piston between the first position and the second position. The sensor determines the position of the control piston. The control unit is connected to the sensor and the electric motor. The control unit controls the electric motor to move the control piston and control the refrigerant flow based on the position of the control piston determined by the sensor.
