A connector assembly that may include a connector portion and an adapter portion that are configured to be coupled to each other. The connector and adapter portions may include first and second conductor portions that are configured to be electrically connected to each other. The first and second conductor portions each may include perimeter end portions that are configured to contact each other when the connector portion and the adapter portion are coupled to each other. One of either the first conductor portion or the second conductor portions may include a perimeter end portion and a radially inward extending end portion that may be configured to extend radially inward from the perimeter end portion of the one conductor and may be axially spaced apart in an axial direction from an inward extremity end portion of the other conductor when the connector portion and the adapter portion are coupled to each other. The perimeter end portions of the first and second conductor portions may be configured to maintain electrical contact between the first and second conductor portions so as to improve signal propagation reliability or continuity between the connector and the adapter during operation of the connector assembly.

Cable clip

A seal configured to provide an enhanced seal between a connector and an interface port may include a seal portion that includes a separation portion and a sealing portion. The sealing portion may include a forward sealing portion and a rearward sealing portion. The sealing portion may be structurally configured to cooperate with a seal engaging port portion of an interface port and a seal engaging connector portion of a connector so as to provide a sealed connection portion between the sealing engaging port portion and the seal engaging connector portion even when the forward sealing portion is separated at the separation portion so as to maintain the sealed connection between the seal engaging port portion and the seal engaging connector portion and provide an enhanced port-connector seal even when the forward sealing portion no longer provides a seal between the connector and the interface port.

A meter box ground clamp may include a body portion having a first portion, a second portion, and a gripping portion, and a fastener member configured to couple the body portion to an electrical meter box. The fastener member may be configured to extend through the first portion to engage a first surface of the meter box and move the first portion away from the first surface and move the gripping portion into engagement with a second surface of the meter box that faces away from the first surface. The receiving portion may be configured to receive the fastener member so as to create a force that urges the second portion of the body portion toward the meter box in response to a tightening torque applied to the fastener member so as to prevent the body portion from moving off the meter box in response to the tightening torque.

Reusable cable reel

A fiber optic cable includes an outer surface, an axial groove and an additional annular groove. The outer surface includes an annular groove. The axial groove that extends in an axial direction of the fiber optic cable. The additional annular groove is configured to separates sections of the outer surface. The axial groove is configured to be gripped by a connector to prevent rotation of the fiber optic cable relative to the connector. The separate sections are configured to hinge against each other such that the fiber optic cable is bendable to a predetermined bend radius.

An ethernet bridge mounting arrangement includes a housing including a cover portion and a back portion and a wall mount. The housing is configured to be coupled with the wall mount, and the housing is rotatable relative to the wall mount about an axis that extends in a direction perpendicular to a rear surface of the housing between a first rotational orientation, where latching members extending from the housing can be received by and removed from latch openings in the wall mount, and a second rotational orientation, where the housing is prevented from being pulled away from the wall plate.

A coaxial cable connector includes a body configured to be coupled with a coaxial cable, a nut having a forward end configured to be threadedly coupled with an interface port, and a sleeve surrounding the nut and extending forward from the nut in a direction opposite to the body. The sleeve has a forward portion that extends beyond the forward end of the nut by a length such that the sleeve is configured to contact an outer surface of the interface port before a center conductor of the coaxial cable contacts the interface port, and the sleeve is configured to align the connector with the port and to prevent the center conductor from contacting any portion of the interface port other than a center conductor contact portion of the interface port.

A heat dissipating hardline connector includes a first body portion configured to support a terminal pin assembly and a second body portion configured to be coupled with the first body portion. The second body portion is configured to receive a hardline cable. The second body portion includes a plurality of spaced apart annular grooves formed in an outer surface of the second body portion to define a plurality of fin portions that are spaced apart from one another along a length of the second body portion. The annular grooves and fin portions are configured to increase the surface area of the outer surface of the second body portion to provide increased heat dissipation by the second body portion.

A reel enclosure includes a base and a door pivotally coupled with the base. The door is movable between a first closed position and a second open position and is configured to hold a reel at an interior surface of the door. The reel is configured to have cable wound thereon. In the first closed position, the base is configured to prevent the reel from rotating relative to the door and the base, and, in the second open position, the door is configured to hold the reel outside of an interior of the base and permit the reel to rotate relative to the door and the base.

A cable system component includes a housing having a seal-grasping surface portion and a seal having an elastically deformable tubular body attached to the housing. The body has a posterior sealing surface that cooperatively engages the seal-grasping surface portion of the housing and a forward sealing surface configured to cooperatively engage an interface port. The forward sealing surface includes a radially inner facet divided into a forward portion and a rearward portion by an inner annular groove in the inner facet. The seal includes an anterior portion and a posterior portion connected by a thinned neck portion, the forward portion of the radially inner facet is on the anterior portion, and the rearward portion of the radially inner facet is on the posterior portion. The rearward portion of the radially inner facet includes a sealing edge surface that is configured to cooperate with an outer surface of the interface port in order to provide a sealed connection between the connector and the port when the anterior portion is removed from the seal. The inner annular groove is radially aligned with the neck portion and is configured to keep the neck portion away from the sealing edge of the rearward portion of the radially inner facet when the anterior portion is removed from the seal.

A torque sleeve includes sleeve body configured to extend along an axis. The sleeve body is further configured to at least partially receive a coupling member of a coaxial cable connector. The sleeve body has an outer surface configured to permit a user to tighten the coupling member to an interface port up to a first torque, and the sleeve body includes a pair of opposed cutouts configured to receive a tightening tool so as to permit the tightening tool to grip the coupling member and tighten the coupling member to an interface port up to a second torque, the second torque being greater than the first torque.

A fiber optic cable assembly includes a fiber optic cable and a fiber optic connector. The fiber optic cable has an outer surface that includes a plurality of annular grooves spaced apart from one another in an axial direction of the fiber optic cable, and a plurality of axial grooves that extend in the axial direction. The plurality of axial grooves being spaced apart from one another in a circumferential direction of the fiber optic cable, the plurality of axial grooves are configured to divide the outer surface in a circumferential direction of the linear member into separate section, the separate sections are configured to hinge against each other such that the linear member is bendable to a predetermined bend radius, the fiber optic connector includes an axial ridge configured to be received by one of the plurality of axial grooves, and cooperative engagement between the axial ridge of the fiber optic connector and the one of the plurality of axial grooves of the fiber optic cable prevents rotation of the fiber optic cable relative to the fiber optic connector.
