The process further includes analyzing with the processor the current wireless network distribution information for the plurality of wireless devices and the charge rates for the current wireless network distribution information for the plurality of wireless devices to determine a change in distribution of wireless networks for one or more of the plurality of wireless devices and sending with the processor a command to modify wireless network settings for the one or more of the plurality of wireless devices.
