A seat and seat back assembly includes a seat back moveable between an upright position and a horizontal position. A support panel is connected to the seat back for pivoting movement of the support panel between a first position supporting the seat back upright, and a second position wherein the seat back is moveable into the horizontal position. A biasing mechanism serves to urge the support panel into the first position when the seat back is moved into an upright position. When the support panel is moved into the second position this allows the seat back assembly to move into the horizontal position without dropping unrestricted.

A video-platform server may obtain and provide context-specific metadata to remote presentation devices via an application programming interface. Context-specific metadata may include tags describing one or more assets (social-media-enhanced annotations or other such enhancements arising from viewer selections, e.g.) that are depicted in or otherwise associated with a given sequential position (a segment in a video playback, e.g.).

A boat seat or lounge includes a stowable seat back. The stowable seat back pivots between a stowed position and a deployed position. A locking mechanism is provided for locking the seat back to the seat when in the deployed position. When stowed, the seat back pivots away from the seat and is received flush against the inner wall of the hull of a boat, to make up part of a bolster system for the cockpit of the boat.

A beverage container having at least two separate and distinct compartments separated by a vertical partition allows for the container to retain separate liquids within an inner liner provided within an outer contoured shell with an air space between the inner liner and outer container providing insulation of the inner liner, the container further providing a fitted lid having a sealing gasket on the underside of the lid to maintain segregation of the liquids in the distinct compartments when consuming the beverage through the fitted lid, with the fitted lid further having an opening containing a locking closure over each distinct compartment to select which of the contained beverage would be consumed at one time.
