An attachment device comprises a metal part obtained by cutting and folding a metal plate or sheet, and shaped as a rider designed to be fitted astride a metal support in the form of a beam or a bar. The metal part comprises a U-shaped flange having two side faces forming a jaw equipped with a series of spigots staggered along the top arms and with a pair of flexible teeth acting as springs at the ends of the bottom arms. The holding strength is enhanced, and the two flexible teeth coming into contact against the bottom face of the support enables several thicknesses of the support to be managed.

Attachment device for fixing various elements to a support

The invention relates to a device for fixing a housing (), in particular of a motor-vehicle battery to a carrier plate (), permitting the housing () to be fixed rapidly without complex manipulation and the aid of a tool to the plate (). To achieve this, a spring-loaded curved fixing part () is inserted under tension between the wall of the housing () that is placed on the carrier plate() and a retaining edge () that projects vertically from the carrier plate (). The fixing part () is preferably curved in a U-shape and comprises a hook-shaped section () that grips the base of the housing () by means of an opening () in the carrier plate (), in addition to a wedge-shaped surface () that co-operates with the retaining edge () and engagement elements () that secure the housing in position.

Device for fixing a housing, in particular of a motor-vehicle battery, to a support

A device for fixing a housing (), especially a housing pertaining to a motor vehicle battery, to a carrier plate (). The device consists of a fixing bracket () and a separate fixing element (). The fixing bracket () is fixed or moulded onto a edge of the carrier plate () projecting past the housing (), and comprises a vertical limb () which extends at a distance from the housing wall, parallel to the same. The separate fixing element () is inserted into the intermediate region between the housing wall and the vertical limb () of the fixing bracket (), and is wedged fast therein. According to the invention, the housing () can be fixed to the carrier plate () with few, simple movements and without using a tool. All parts of the fixing device can be reused if the housing () needs to be replaced. No scrap or other waste elements are accumulated, thus also solving the recycling problem.

Device for fixing a housing, especially a housing pertaining to a motor vehicle battery, to a carrier plate

A fixing clamp for connection of sheets with different expansion properties and is thus installed in a rectangular opening of a support plate. The fixing clamp includes a rectangular baseplate and a threaded sleeve in the center. Transverse webs are bent in the same direction as the threaded sleeve on a front transverse edge. Two clamping legs are bent away from the sleeve, parallel to the baseplate. A further clamping leg is bent upwards on the opposing rear transverse edge in the same direction as the front clamping leg. Spring webs are cut into the baseplate on both sides of the threaded sleeve and bent at an angle in the same direction as the clamping legs. The spring webs are bent with the end regions thereof reaching the baseplate, whereby a separation 'A' between the end regions and the transverse webs on the front clamping leg is of such a size that the spring webs extend into the opening when the front clamping legs are situated on the longitudinal edge of the opening.

Fixing clamp for connecting sheets with different expansion properties

The invention relates to a plastic clip, for the detachable connection of a trim plate to a support piece, in particular, to the door frame of a motor vehicle. The clip comprises a head piece () and an anchoring foot (), which may be inserted in an opening in the support piece () and an upper part (), for fixing to the trim plate (), which may be connected to the head piece () in a snap-fastening manner. The head piece () has the form of an open cylinder, with a central recess (), on the edge () of which inwardly-projecting support segments () are formed, in order to guarantee application of the clip, even with variations in tolerance between the fixing site on the trim plate () and the fixing opening () in the support piece (). Furthermore, a support plate () is provided above the anchoring foot (), above which a T-shaped support pin () extends. The head () of said pin is of such a size that said pin may be engaged in the central recess, with elastic spreading of the support segments (), whereby said segments () spring back together after the passage of the pin head () and, thus, are supported on the underside of the above.

Plastic clip for the detachable connection of a trim plate to a support piece

A tubular sheathing channel assembly for housing bunched cables. The assembly includes a longitudinally slit sheathing wall of elastic plastic material and includes a pair of projections which are molded on along the slits (,) and which are formed with an L-shaped cross-section, and which are embraced by C-shaped clamp members. Clamp walls (,) of the clamp member (,) are guided on the projections (,) such that they may be moved in a longitudinal direction and are equipped with fastening portions (,) in order to anchor the sheathing wall (,) on a carrier plate (,). The projections (,) preferably are equipped with an interlockable groove and tongue (,) and (,) on the inside walls (,).

Tubular sheathing channel to encase bunched cables

A tubular sheathing channel assembly for housing bunched cables. The assembly includes a longitudinally slit sheathing wall of elastic plastic material and includes a pair of projections which are molded on along the slits (2) and which are formed with an L-shaped cross-section, and which are embraced by C-shaped clamp members. Clamp walls (13) of the clamp member (5) are guided on the projections (4) such that they may be moved in longitudinal direction and are equipped with fastening portions (6) in order to anchor the sheathing wall (1) on a carrier plate (21). The projections (3) preferably are equipped with interlockable groove and tongue (10) and (11) on the inside walls (9).

A two-part fastening system composed of an anchoring part (1) which is pressed into a fastening body (4) of hard-elastic synthetic material. The anchoring part (1) consists of a relatively soft synthetic material and is provided with a plurality of parallel ribs extending perpendicularly from a carrier plate 2. The fastening body (4) includes a pair of clamping walls (5) having several rows of pointed projections (9) spaced one over another. The ribs of the anchoring part are pressed into engagement with the pointed projections so that a high strength connection between the parts is generated.

Two-part fastening system

A holding device for vertically positioning a window pane in the window frame of a motor vehicle, including a retaining part adapted to be secured in a transverse part of the frame, a supporting part moveable with respect to the retaining part and adapted to engage with an edge of the window pane, and a spring acting between the supporting part and the retaining part for urging the supporting part in the direction of the plane of the window pane towards the edge. The retaining part has a pawl pivotally connected to it for movement between a holding position where it engages the supporting part and holds it and the spring in an initial tensioned position and a release position where it is located in a recess in the retaining part and allows the spring to urge the supporting part against the edge of the window pane. The pawl is resiliently biased toward the holding position and located so that it will be pushed into the release position by the window pane as it is being inserted into the window frame.

Holding device for vertically positioning a window pane

A plastic clip for the blind fastening of soft-elastic rubber mats on carrier plates. The clip consists of two spreading fingers (1, 1') which can be pushed through a fastening hole (10) in a mat (5), and of two stem halves (2, 2'), joined at right angles to the fingers, and which, in the state in which the clip is supplied, project outwards and are pivotally joined to one another by a flexible web (4). To mount the clip, the spreading fingers lying adjacent each other are first pushed into the hole in the mat and are then bent apart by pivoting the two stem halves together. The two stem halves now forming one complete stem are then pressed into a hole (11) in a carrier plate (6) and anchored in the hole by the protrusion (7, 7') on the stems.

Plastic clip

A two-part fastening clip for fastening a piece of longitudinal extending molding to a panel. The clip includes a bottom part having means for anchoring the bottom part in a hole in the panel and a top part having means for securing the molding to it. The bottom part has an upwardly projecting connection pin of rectangular cross-section and a pair of side pieces projecting laterally outward from two opposite sides of the upper end of the pin. Downwardly facing seat surfaces that extend in a direction perpendicular to the pin and in the longitudinal direction of the molding are provided on the lower sides of the side pieces and two outwardly and downwardly slanting slide surfaces are provided on the other two sides of the upper end of the pin. The top part has a crosshead member and two spaced and downwardly depending side walls, an aperture in the crosshead member for receiving the upper end of the connection pin of the bottom part, and a pair of resilient locking tongues that extend inwardly and upwardly from the lower ends of the side walls of the top part toward said aperture thereby forming a socket in the top part for receiving the upper end of the pin. Then when the top part is pressed down on the pin, the locking tongues will snap behind the laterally projecting side pieces of the pin and engage the seat surfaces to lock the two parts together. The top part also has a projection that presses down on the upper end of the pin when the pin is inserted into the top part to hold the seat surfaces of the pin tightly against the ends of the locking tongues. With this construction, when it is necessary to remove the molding, the top part can be slid in the longitudinal direction of the molding relative to the bottom part, the upper ends of the resilient locking tongues sliding along the seat surfaces until they are free thereof, to separate the top part with the molding secured thereto from the aid bottom part which remains secured to the panel.
