The invention relates to a block of pneumatic modules consisting of a plurality of adjacent distribution modules, juxtaposed and kept tightened against each other along parallel faces and between two end modules by assembly means passing through all the distribution modules and at least one of the end modules. The assembly means comprise, for each distribution module, a single through rod with a first externally threaded end and a second internally threaded end, the second end of each rod being shaped as a head whose external surface is not of revolution about the axis of the rod and which, in service, at least partially projects from a face of the module through which the rod passes, the face of the adjacent module turned towards the head having a recess corresponding in shape to the above mentioned head.

An interface module for an island of electropneumatic control valves on bases, the module comprising a body having at least one face for connection to a base of the island and, away from said base, means for coupling to at least a first external duct, said body having at least one internal main channel, a secondary channel, and a branch internal channel for connecting the main channel to the secondary channel, which branch channel is provided with a two-position selector which, depending on its position, provides continuity for the connection or interrupts it. The selector also has has connection means for connecting the secondary channel to a second external duct, which means are accessible from outside the module when the selector is in its interruption position and are masked when the selector is in its continuity position.

A modular pneumatic distribution assembly comprising a plurality of modules, each formed by a pneumatic distributor fixed on a base which comprises at least one common length of pressure duct and at least one common length of exhaust duct, and means for fixing to an adjacent base, the assembly being remarkable in that each distributor is a distributor having a flat slide distributor communicating with the base via three distribution orifices and a pressure orifice, the axis of the slide mechanism being parallel to the direction of the common pressure and exhaust ducts in the bases, in that at least two distributors of the assembly are of different calibers, one having distribution orifices of a section that is at least twice the section of the distribution orifices of the other, and in that the outside profile of the section of each module on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the slide mechanism is identical regardless of the caliber of the distributor.
