An improved releasable coupling for a tube is disclosed. The coupling contains a socket with at least four stepped bores. Located within the first bore is a compresion means (such as a collar) which has an inner surface inclined to the axis of first bore. A collet is mounted within the compression means and is so configured that, when the collet is caused to move inwardly, the inclined surface of the compression means causes the jaws of the collet to move inwardly. The coupling also contains a tube support located within the second bore. At least four sealing means are disposed within the third bore: a first O-ring is contiguous with a first washer, which in turn is contiguous with a second O-ring, which in turn is contiguous with a second washer.

The invention provides a box for the passage of pressurized liquid through masonry work of small thickness, particularly dividing walls, the box (1), firmly secured to a plastic sheath (4), also embedded in the masonry work (2), allowing plastic material pipes (5) to be installed for pressurized liquids. Said pipe (5) passes through the case and the sheath with radial clearance, which makes it possible to change it for maintenance purposes, the parallelepipedic shaped box having a large opening on which a lid (3) is placed, this lid carrying the connection of the pipe (5) formed by holding means and sealing means.

An instant connection device for fluid conduits is provided having a general cylindrical configuration, with a base portion in the form of a ring and flexible jaws whose ends define an annular bearing surface and have on the inside a circular engagement edge. The clip is obtained from a metal sheet blank having a circular central portion extended by first and second evenly spaced lugs with radial axes, the blank being subjected to stamping operations. The clip is cheap and simple to manufacture. Furthermore, it is possible to associate therewith an elastomer block by moulding thereover forming a push ring and a seal.

An automatic coupler for pressurized fluid circuits is divulged of the type comprising a valve (19) sliding in a body (1), and means for balancing the upstream fluid pressure on the valve. The downstream portion of the latter forms a socket for receiving and sealingly locking a connector (8). The coupler comprises a means for locking the valve in two positions: one in which the valve is open and the other in which it is closed and the socket communicates with the atmosphere, the connector (8) being still locked. Release of the valve from the first position engages a locking means in an intermediate position whose release causes locking in the second position. The coupler of the invention reliably prevents the 'whiplash' phenomenon produced, at the time of uncoupling, by the downstream pressure.

The device disclosed by the invention is associated with an element to be mounted in a wall, by insertion in a hole bored in the wall. It comprises a longitudinal body (4), centring and lateral stabilizing means (7') and longitudinal locking means consisting of a collar (5') and peripheral resiliently retractable portions (10') having a step shaped cut-out (11') so as to form a succession of interrupted circular shoulders so that after insertion the edge of the reception hole in the wall is automatically engaged bweteen the collar (5') and the shoulder whose longitudinal spacing from the collar is the closest, upwardly, of the thickness of the wall. The device may be integrated in the element to be fixed or consist of a sleeve (1'). With the device, an element may be quickly fixed while working from only one side of the wall.

Disclosed is an improvement to the passage of pressurized liquids through masonry work using hollow plastic material boxes (17) embedded in pairs in a masonry work (2) and connected together by sheaths (3) also embedded in the masonry work (2) and fixed to the boxes (17). The pressurized liquid plastic material pipes (4), pass through the masonry work (2) through boxes (17) and sheaths (3) in which they are installed by axial sliding motion with diametrical play. The boxes (17) have wheels with a curved profile (11, 13) which hold each pipe (4) in position and bend it while it is guided laterally in a deep grooved curved over a 1/4 of a circle (17i), without friction. With rolling contact of the pipe (4) on the wheels (11, 13), the pipes (4) pass through and are bent from the horizontal position to the vertical position with a minimum axial thrust. Through the free rolling of the wheels (11, 13), it is easy to install them or change them. The boxes are sealed with respect to liquid cement.
