A medial plate for treating fractures along a clavicle, comprising a plate body including a longitudinal component extending from a first end to a second end and an extension extending from the second end, the second end configured to be mounted over a medial head, a first set of variable angle holes extending through a portion of the longitudinal component including the second end of the longitudinal component and the extension, each of the first set of variable angle holes extending through the plate body along a central axis so that a bone screw is insertable therethrough at a user-selected angle relative to the central axis, and a plurality of combination holes extending through the longitudinal component, each of the plurality of combination holes includes a first portion configured to receive a bone screw at a user-selected angle and a second portion configured to receive a compression screw.

A patella fracture fixation system includes a bone plate that is configured to be implanted along an anterior approach. The bone plate has a fixation hub and a plurality of fixation nodes that are connected to the fixation hub. The fixation hub and the fixation nodes can define respective fixation holes. The bone plate can further include legs that are configured to be bent around respective inferior aspects of the patella.

A bone plate for treating acromioclavicular dislocations includes a shaft including a lateral portion sized and shaped to be positioned along a superior aspect of a lateral clavicle, the shaft including a plurality of openings extending therethrough for receiving bone fixation elements therein and a hook member extending from the shaft so that, in an operative position, the hook member is hooked under an acromion and the lateral portion of the shaft is positioned on the superior aspect of the lateral clavicle, the lateral portion of the shaft being substantially rounded so that the hook member is movable in one of an anterior direction and a posterior direction while the shaft maintains contact with the superior aspect of the lateral clavicle without any portion of the lateral portion of the shaft protruding beyond a surface of the lateral clavicle.

Acromioclavicular hook plate

A tool useful for deploying a flip anchor connected to a cable includes a housing with a first end and a second end; and a guiding tube having a bore therethrough. The guiding tube has a proximal end releasably connected to the first end of said housing, and a distal end configured to hold said flip anchor. The housing includes a mechanism having a low resistance surface and a slider having a high friction surface facing the low resistance surface, where the slider is movable between a) a clamping position configured to clamp the cable between the low resistance surface and the high friction surface; and b) a release position configured to allow the cable to move freely on the low resistance surface. A safety button on said housing is movable between an elevated position where the safety button holds the slider in said first position, and a depressed position where the safety button releases the slider, allowing it to enter the second position. The slider is configured to move the cable distally upon movement from the clamping position to the release position, deploying the flip anchor from the guiding tube.

Bone plate

A suture connection system and method includes a suture connector having a body configured to be inserted into a hole in a bone plate, the body being threaded to secure the suture connector in to the bone plate. At least one recess extends inwardly from a sidewall of the suture connector to define a proximal engagement portion and a through hole configured to receive a suture extends through the proximal engagement portion and is open to the recess. A driver includes an elongate rod and an engagement element coupled to the distal end of the rod, the engagement element having at least one prong configured to engage the proximal engagement portion to insert the suture connector into the bone plate hole.

An aiming device includes a body extending longitudinally from a first end to a second end and including a first body opening extending laterally therethrough along a first axis, the first body opening being sized and shaped to receive a device therein, the first end of the body including a coupling for coupling the body to an implantable device in an aiming configuration in which the first body opening is aligned with a corresponding first implant opening extending through the implantable device so that a device inserted through the first body opening in the body will pass along an axis of the first implant opening and a lock releasably coupled to the body and movable relative thereto between an unlocked and a locked configuration, the lock including an engaging portion extending into the first body opening in the locked configuration to engage an outer surface of a device received therein to lock the device in a desired position within the first body opening.

The elongated body has a first slot extending from the leading end to a first end and defining first and second wings, the first and second wings configured to splay radially outward upon application of an internal stress thereto.
