A configurable LED overhead light with a selection of lenses. The lenses are selected for the pattern of light, distance and shape of the desired illumination, of a particular installation. By varying the lens shapes and surface textures, asymmetric patterns can be achieved, and non-LED fixtures can be replaced with LED fixtures that optimize the light distribution to a particular installation site.

Configurable overhead light

An LED lighting fixture with a heat sink, LED arrays on angled facets, a reflector dish, and a diffuser lens are disclosed. The LED arrays are mounted at an angle on sloped facets, and the reflector intercepts a portion of light from the LED arrays, and redirects the intercepted light downward, resulting in a focused and collumnated light beam. Very little light is allowed to be projected upward above the light fixture, and less light is dispersed to the side.

Lighting fixture having enhanced light distribution performance

Disclosed is a kit for converting an existing high discharge light unit to an LED based light unit, with the option of including a networked capability among a group of LED light units. The kit includes a drop-in component mounting plate on which are mounted an LED light source, sensors including a thermal sensor, a control unit, a DC power supply, a heat sink, and a dimmer unit. A wired or wireless transceiver allows the LED light units to operate as a network, with two way flow of information from the LED light units to a control unit.

LED replacement kit for high intensity discharge light fixtures

A device and method of scanning a job on a document-processing device when a print path is not available. The method includes initiating a job and determining that a printer job channel is not available. The method further includes scanning the job and spooling the job to a mass storage device. The method also includes storing the job in the mass storage device until the printer job channel becomes available.
