A laminated glass pane is described including a) a substrate glass, b) at least one layer structure applied to the substrate glass, c) at least one polymer layer applied to the layer structure, d) a cover glass on the polymer layer, wherein the mean coefficient of thermal expansion of the substrate glass is at most 18&#xd7;10Kgreater than or at most 18&#xd7;10Kless than the mean coefficient of thermal expansion of the cover glass, and in the temperature range from &#x2212;40&#xb0; C. to +90&#xb0; C., the maximum mechanical stress of the laminated glass pane is less than or equal to 7 MPa. Uses of the laminated glass pane are also described.

Laminated glass pane and use thereof

A bending tool for bending at least one glass pane by suction, includes a frame-like convex contact surface and a cover having a peripheral air guide plate that surrounds the contact surface at least in regions is described. The bending tool is suitable for generating a first, reduced pressure in a first pressure region between the air guide plate and the contact surface; a second reduced pressure in a second pressure region. The second pressure is less than the first pressure; and a third pressure in a third pressure region, wherein the third pressure is greater than the first pressure.

Bending tool for glass panes

A pane having an electric heating layer is described, including: a first pane having a surface; at least one electric heating layer that is applied to at least part of the surface and has at least one uncoated zone; at least two busbars, provided for connection to a voltage source, which are connected to the electric heating layer such that a current path for a heating current is formed between the busbars; and n separating lines which electrically subdivide the electric layer into m segments. The segments are arranged in the form of strips around the uncoated zone such that the current path for the heating current is at least partially guided around the uncoated zone and the segments have equal width and the sum of widths of segments is equal to the width of the electric heating layer.

Pane having an electric heating layer

A transparent pane having at least one heatable, electrically conductive coating is presented. Application of a supply voltage causes a heating current to flow over a heating field. The heating field contains at least one coating-free zone.

Transparent pane with heated coating

A porous sintered body with an electrically conductive coating is provided. The sintered body has an open porosity in a range from 10 to 90%. The electrically conductive coating is bonded to the surface of the pores and is part of a heating device in a vaporizer. The electrically conductive coating lines the pores located in the interior of the sintered body so that when the sintered body is electrically connected and a current is applied, the current flows at least partially through the interior of the sintered body so that the interior of the sintered body is heated. A method for producing a porous sintered body with an electrically conductive coating is also provided.

A pane having an electric heating layer is described, including at least: a first pane having a first surface; at least one electric heating layer that is applied to at least part of the surface and has an uncoated zone; at least two busbars, provided for connection to a voltage source, which are connected to the electric heating layer such that a current path for a heating current is formed between the busbars; and at least one separating line which electrically subdivides the electric layer into at least two segments. At least one segment is arranged in the form of a strip around the uncoated zone such that the current path for the heating current is at least partially guided around the uncoated zone.

A panel heater with at least one flat substrate and an electrically conductive coating is described. The electrically conductive coating extends at least over part of a substrate area and is electrically connected to at least two connecting electrodes provided for electrical connection to the two terminals of a voltage source, such that by applying a feed voltage, a heating current flows in a heating field, which is provided with one or a plurality of heating current paths formed into the conductive coating. The panel heater has one or more measurement current paths formed into the electrically conductive coating, which differ at least in sections from the heating current paths. The heating and measurement current paths are formed into the electrically conductive coating by coating-free separating regions. A method for operation and use of the panel heater is also described.

The box has a base for the placement of a first substrate in a manner such that the latter is supported over the full area, a frame, a cover which is placed onto the frame, and an intermediate element which is arranged between the base and the cover and is intended for the placement of a second substrate in a manner such that the latter is supported over the full area. Transparent panel having a heatable coating

The invention relates to a transparent pane with a transparent heatable coating, which extends at least over a part of the pane surface, in particular over its visual field. The heatable coating is divided by at least one heatable coating-free zone into at least one first heatable coating zone and a second heatable coating zone, wherein the two heatable coating zones are in each case electrically connected to at least two collecting conductors such that after application of a supply voltage that is provided by a voltage source, in each case a current flows over at least one first heating field formed by the first heatable coating zone and at least one second heating field formed by the second heatable coating zone. At least one heating element is disposed in the heatable coating-free zone, which heating element has an ohmic resistance such that by means of application of the supply voltage to the heating element, the pane is heatable in a surface area containing the heatable coating-free zone. The at least one heating element is configured such that by means of application of the supply voltage to the heating element, the pane is also heatable in at least one surface area adjacent the coating-free zone which surface area contains at least one of the collecting conductors.

Transparent panel having heatable coating and production method therefor

An electrically extensively heatable, transparent object includes at least one electrically conductive, transparent coating on an electrically insulating substrate. An electrically conductive band is connected to two electrical busbars and is applied on the coating and at least partially surrounds the periphery of a data transmission window. The electrically conductive band has at least one interruption that separates a greater part of the electrically conductive band from busbars.

A transparent pane with a conductive coating is described. The transparent pane is electrically connected to an electrically heatable coating that extends at least over a part of the area of the pane and to at least two first electrodes provided for electrical connection to the two terminals of a voltage source. The heating field of the transparent pane includes at least one coating-free zone. The transparent pane also has at least one second electrode provided for electric connection to one terminal of the voltage source. The supply section of the transparent pane consists of at least two supply parts separated from each other, and a coupling section, which is electrically connected to the heatable coating. A method for manufacturing the transparent pane is also described.
