The folding camping trailer includes a trailer body having partial height sidewalls and end walls, a vertically extendable roof section, an expandable enclosure connecting the sidewalls and end walls to the roof section, and a flush toilet disposed in the trailer body. The toilet includes a waste holding tank for storing sewage waste, a toilet bowl attached to the holding tank, a drain outlet situated on the holding tank for draining the sewage waste and a vent conduit extending from the holding tank to either the roof section or the expandable enclosure connecting the sidewalls and end walls to the roof section.

The folding camping trailer includes a trailer body having partial height sidewalls and end walls, a vertically extendable roof section, an expandable enclosure connecting the sidewalls and end walls to the roof section, and a flush toilet disposed in the trailer body. The toilet includes a waste holding tank for storing sewage waste, a toilet bowl attached to the holding tank, a drain outlet situated on the holding tank for draining the sewage waste, and a vent conduit extending from the holding tank to the roof section. The vent conduit includes a vent pipe connected to the holding tank and a vent hose connected between the vent pipe and a vent opening in the roof section. The vent hose is extendable from a first length when the roof section is in a retracted position to a second longer length when the roof section is in a raised position.

A recreational vehicle, for example, a folding camping trailer, includes a chassis having wheels and a towing hitch, a trailer body attached to the chassis, and a storage container attached to the chassis. The storage container includes a seamless body defining an internal space for storing cargo and may define one or more access openings for a plurality of access doors. The seamless body is made of a substantially rigid material, such as plastic, and may be roto-molded to form the seamless body. The seamless body may further include an engagement panel configured for a mating connection with a corresponding receiving recess defined in the trailer body.

The travel trailer includes a chassis having wheels and a trailer body attached to the chassis. The trailer body includes sidewalls, a front end wall, a rear end wall, a roof, and a floor. The sidewalls, end walls, roof, and floor form an internal living space of the trailer body. A slide-out area is slidably extendable outward from the trailer body. The slide-out area is extendable from a retracted position received substantially within the trailer body to an extended position extended outward from the trailer body. The slide-out area has a roof, sidewalls, a bottom wall, and a front end wall. The front end wall of the slide-out areas is adapted to seal against the trailer body in the retracted position.

Expandable travel trailer

The travel trailer includes a chassis having wheels and a trailer hitch for towing the travel trailer. The travel trailer further includes a trailer body attached to the chassis defined by sidewalls, a front end wall, a rear end wall, a roof, and a floor. The sidewalls, end walls, roof, and floor form an internal space of the trailer body. A slide-out area is slidably extendable outward from the trailer body. The slide-out area is extendable from a retracted position received within the trailer body to an extended position extended outward from the trailer body. The slide-out area includes a peaked roof, sidewalls, a bottom wall, and a front end wall. The front end wall includes a flange extending around the perimeter thereof. A sealing gasket is attached to the flange to face the trailer body for sealing against the trailer body in the retracted position of the slide-out area.

A folding trailer which includes a slide-out room movable from a retracted position within the trailer to an extended position which adds additional living space to the inside of the trailer. The slide-out room includes a front wall, a rear wall and an exterior wall, with the floor attached therebetween and spaced above the trailer floor. A pair of lateral roller supports attached to the trailer floor along the front wall engages a roller track attached to the inside surface of the front wall. Similarly, a pair of lateral roller supports attached to the trailer floor on the other side of the slide-out room, and adjacent the rear wall, engages a roller track on an inner surface of the rear wall. A plurality of vertical roller supports attached to the trailer floor supports and contacts the lower surface of the slide-out floor. A catch clip attached to the lower surface of the slide-out floor near each corner thereof and adjacent the interior end of the slide-out room opposite the exterior wall functions to engage the innermost lateral roller supports and stop the slide-out room from moving further out from the main body of the trailer.

Folding trailer with extendable room

A folding trailer having an integral cargo platform generally includes a chassis having wheels and a towing hitch, a trailer body attached to the chassis such that a front end of the trailer body faces the towing hitch and the platform attached to the chassis between the front end of the trailer body and the towing hitch. The platform generally includes a substantially flat and substantially rigid core member and a layer of substantially abrasion and weather resistant material positioned on the core member. The platform further includes a first side and a second side and is configured to be attached to the chassis such that the second side contacts the chassis. The first side of the platform has a surface defined by the layer of abrasion and weather resistant material, with the surface shaped to limit movement of cargo received on the first side of the platform.

A venetian blind storage assembly for use in storing a venetian blind in a collapsible tent trailer is provided. The assembly includes a venetian blind mounted within a flexible pouch. The assembly is mounted to an interior of the collapsible tent trailer above a window formed in a collapsible side wall of the trailer. The pouch includes a bottom opening extending along the entire length of the venetian blind to allow slats of the venetian blind to be lowered and used as desired while the trailer is expanded. Prior to collapsing the trailer, the slats of the venetian blind are retracted and enclosed within the pouch. The opening of the pouch is shut tightly to completely isolate the venetian blind from the interior of the trailer. Thus, when the trailer is subsequently collapsed into a compact configuration, both the venetian blind and the interior of the trailer are protected from damage.
