The disclosed systems and methods generate at least one shock wave into a shock wave transmitting liquid into the transportation tubing string nearby to the component and propagate the at least one shock wave toward the component for removing deposits from the component.

The invention concerns a method for cleaning control particles in a wellbore of a subterranean formation to improve the recovery of formation fluids and/or gases, said wellbore comprising a wall defining a borehole, at least one control equipment arranged into said borehole and a plurality of control particles arranged between said control equipment and said wall, said method comprising the steps of generating at least one shock wave nearby said control equipment and propagating said at least one shock wave through said control equipment toward said control particles for cleaning said control particles.

The invention concerns a method for stimulating a treatment zone near a wellbore area in fluid connection with at least one porous zone of a subterranean formation, said method comprising the steps of generating (S) at least one electrical discharge in said wellbore at a distance from the at least one porous zone in order to propagate at least one shock wave adapted to fracture said treatment zone and introducing (S) a chemical agent within said treatment zone for increasing the permeability of said treatment zone.

Method and device for stimulating a treatment zone near a wellbore area of a subterranean formation

An acidizing formulation for use in the stimulation of hydrocarbon production is stable when packaged and stored as a single fluid for periods exceeding one year. The formulation contains a miscibility solvent which substantially prevents any phase separation between the constituents and lack of dispersion of the additives in the fluid.

Single fluid acidizing treatment

Asphaltene control additives are added to base fluids which are introduced directly or indirectly into a hydrocarbon-bearing formation to mitigate asphaltene deposition in the formation which results in improved permeability in the formation and production of hydrocarbons therefrom. The fluids to which the additive is added may be liquid CO-based, aqueous-based or non-aqueous-based fluids. Further, the fluids are fracturing fluids, drilling fluids and wellbore treatment fluids such as acidizing fluids.

Fluid with asphaltene control

A packer fluid is provided for use with a wellbore fluid in an annulus or casing bore, having an aqueous portion which contains additives for preventing corrosion, microbiological activity, salt and scale deposition, and an environmentally-acceptable capping fluid which resides at a top of the wellbore to act as freeze protection and as thermal insulation in a the frost penetration layer. The additives in the packer fluid are particularly selected to exist in the aqueous additive fluid and in the wellbore fluid and to be substantially immiscible with the capping fluid and thereby prevent significant migration of the additives into the capping fluid which would compromise its environmental acceptability.
